No prob! Unfortunately I don’t see myself making that type of video any time soon. I’m more trying to document my journey and share gems along the way. There are a few other channels that do that, they may be a little more helpful than what I’m offering at this time. I’m sorry about that.

How about this new 1583 gateway where the forms have to be put in manually. Does ipostal1 do that for you or as a CMRA are you required to do each one. Sounds like a headache if you had a lot of mailbox customers. Also how many ipostal1 customers do you have?

Sadly we have to do it all manually. Started uploading a couple days ago. Will be a long process to get everyone in the system. Business accounts are giving us errors and have not heard back from USPS customer service.

Once I deny them in ipostal then their profile (and all their data) disappear. It was a pretty obvious fake. I’m surprised ipostal didn’t catch it first.

Possibly, but then we lose the community feel of a local mailbox store and ipostal controls all of our customers versus us having full control of things like customer service, pricing and the overall customer experience.
I became such good friends with the drivers they gifted the pieces to me, I’m definitely grateful for them! And I appreciate the love, more content coming soon 🤝📦

For forwarding mail I put the original envelope in different my own envelope instead of opening the original...

Just to highlight another disadvantage, the mail you might receive for individuals who use your address but haven't provided the proper documentation.
Happens all the time! Especially those that haven’t paid their bill in months but legally we still gotta accept it 🤦🏽♂️
