Hi! Could you tell please if this device supports computer resolutions on its HDMI IN, like 1920x1200, 1024x768, 1280x1024, etc? When you connect it to Mac or PC over the HDMI, what resolutions will you get in system preferences?
+Sammamish Q the reason is that my ATEM switcher supports up to 1080i50. If I wanted to use progressive I'd have to go down to 720p50 which wouldn't make sense for my workflow and output. Some day I'll upgrade the switcher but until then, interlace is working perfectly fine 😌
Have any follow up questions, or was there something we forgot to cover? leave us a comment and we'll get back to you!

I have a 4k camera. If I output 4K signal from my camera into the decimator will it downscale it to 1080p and out put the 1080p signal?
That will not work, unfortunately. The Decimator will only support an input up to 1080p60.
I have SDI plugged in, getting excellent video but no audio.
There are audio settings on one of the settings pages, you may need to tweak those
@@heretorecord OK Thanks
Hi can we use this for mirroring the video output? I am looking for a mirroring device for teleprompter.
You could indeed do that. The device had 4 sdi outputs so the same signal could be sent to 4 displays.
Does it work with liveu solo?
It sure should. I have used these with a LiveU before just fine.
no idea why you'd use interlaced and not progressive
