Because you drop a portion of your inventory on death and when cats are dropped from your inventory they just poof into normal, in-game cats. It's hilariously glitchy but is an absolute work of art. Just like the rest of this fine game :)
The Tora Bora level is incredible. Gunning down terrorists, lopping off their limbs and setting them on fire, and stuffing fast food down your gaping craw at record rates to stay alive. Makes me cry red, white and blue tears. Actually, the former two are probably just blood and pus. It's very patriotic, though. Also, the WMD is really good against Phraud Hogslop if you're playing AWP.
The Dude needs to get waterproof mascara to help with the blue tears. Running make-up is only charming on animated characters. Or maybe that's just my dacryphilia.
here's some advice, Civvie: If you know the rocket is going to miss you, run towards the assailant to avoid the splash damage from the rocket. This is Team Fortress 2 advice 101.

You know I always wanted to see the recent updates in postal 2. But I couldn't bother to launch the game anymore, I already wasted hours trying to replay it. Then you come in, solving all of my life's problems.

TECHNICALLY, the sawed off doesn't kill krotchy hard, because of the fact that krotchy is bulletproof. But he's not immune to his own explosions from rockets, and the sawed off puts enough lead in the air to easily shoot them down, so it's all good anyways.
In Enhanced Mode, you can just put down a constant wall of lead with the sawed-off. It’s kinda hit or miss, though, so you’d be better off just spraying Krotchy’s ass with the M16 so all of his rockets blow up in his face.
Oh wow, that's like the inverse of how the boss demons work in original Doom. Cyberdemons and Spider Masterminds are immune to splash damage, but Krotchy here is immune to bullet damage. This, this I like. Adds more depth to dealing with enemies, so you have to use the right tools for the job.

The sawn-off is firing twice per shell. You can both hear and see it. So its in fact firing twice as many pellets as it should be. Likely a programming bug, where they fire both barrels at once but only costs 1 ammo. Effectively giving you 4 shells for the price of 2.

Y’know, upon reflection, I think I see how the WMD would be useful: getting through the most populated parts of Paradise during the Apocalypse. Massive brawl blocking your way while you’re low on health? Launch a WMD Rocket right into the middle of everything, then wait a bit. Everyone will either be dead or crawling around and vomiting profusely. I admit, though, that flame weapons would be far more effective at this than the WMD, but the Molotov and Flamethrower have their drawbacks. Molotovs, like grenades, take some practice to learn to use them at ranges between near point-blank and 2/3 of a football field away. The Flamethrower s pretty much a no-brainer, but using it means getting close enough to your target that there’s a chance they’ll run into you immediately after you light them up.
I don't know how much crack costs, because depending on who you ask it is either dirt cheap or really expensive (ï šтЭа́l міпе fяом дэад ноокеяs), but you shouldn't be paying more than $100 dollars.
