nice guage selection! Heavy bottom/light top is on all my guitars except my hollowbody (which has Rotosound monel flats on it) .. best feel and sound to me, for everything from bluegrass to metal to funk!

Half step down is E flat, not drop D, unless you meant a half step down FROM drop D. Just wanna clear up the confusion for any new guitar players out there tuning in

I'm about to buy this exact guitar for $100.00 tomorrow. Catch is the finish has some serious gouging along each side of the body. Wood is fine but its a severe eye sore. Do you think it's worth buying and fixing for that price?
