Why can’t I get a resolution to my warranty claim? UK Anker support is absolutely atrocious. I am sick of being fobbed off by Shane with back and forwards emails. Taken weeks to sort it out. Call the call centre and they can’t put me through to a manager because managers don’t speak on the phone. So they hide being front line staff. I’ve been buying Anker products for years but I honestly will be finding another manufacturer. Just being offered some partial refund. All that I want is to be in the position I was when I purchased the original product and be able to charge the same things. The initial product I purchased was discontinued in less than two years and I have no way of getting spare parts or having it repaired. Honestly a complete joke. I’m posting this here in the hope that someone in Anker actually takes this seriously because I am getting nowhere with UK Anker support. I can’t even get this escalated.
