Hill Billy you got a mighty fine mini truck there.. :) Robby you need yo build an actual Off Road Recovery Rig. I mean you have needed it more than a few times now. Plus your Snow Cat needs work soon cause it will be the winter Snow Season there really quick.
Wish i wasn't in Wisconsin would live to attend i have a mobile mechanic and detailing business thats booming alot more detailing lately and now people asking me to do paint and body work which I'm not horrible at because like you I'm very OCD obviously there's a lot more I can learn and would like to learn like buffing and waxing and proper ways to to remove dents
@@jacobrobinson175 If Robby would have you, take a vacation over to Utah and have Him run you though the ringer for a week or 2..... I'm sure he wouldn't mind cause I mean content is content and something like that would be right up his alley. But hey I'm just an Idea guy. It all depends on Robby and if you and him can setup a meet and great to see if you vibe well.
I guess the moral of the story is, if there is a sign saying "Road Closed" - don't ignore it, especially when it's a tad muddy. Nice job people, the rain made a hard job even harder, but you got them out.
Great recovery. The Trekker did great. Always good to see Cody. His expertise must be needed on the business side of the body shop, which would make sense, but we don't see much of that side these days.
Way to go hillbilly , the little trecker that could. Dude you impress me with your knowledge every time I watch the videos. Tell Robby you need a raise.
Excellent recovery guys !!.... frickin Trecker rules !!!.... Robby did one hell of a job placing equipment and directing the recovery....the Boss had some remarkable shots and captured the moments perfect !!...... she needs a raise (in pay).....thanks for sharing this with us !
Robby,, I was in the same game as you for 37yrs. Don't keep getting wet. One of the reasons I have a disease in my spine now is just this reason. Please look after yourself better.. ✌️👍🇬🇧
I think we need a sidekick challenge. Hillbilly with Trekker, Ben (fabrats) with his Jeep, Tom Tom(morr) with Dig Dug , Sean or Mike ( Trailmater) with one of their own vehicles doing some challenges. I'm sure with that cast of characters, the videos would blow up.
I was in Ephraim on Sunday and Monday, I'm on a work trip so my timing was bad. I really wanted to stop in and say Hi. I'll try again the next time I get a chance. I would have been happy to get out in the rain and help with this recovery. The trekker is awesome, it's a great addition to your team.
Great job Hillbilly and the Trekker!! Great job Cody and the skidsteer!! Great job Steve and the truck & trailer!! Great job Demri with the filming!! Great job Robbie directing it all!!
Great seeing Cody…I think this job really surprised you Robbie in how smooth everything went even in the pouring rain! That trailer was so close to rolling over that huge hill. Robbie you were very impressive!
That kind of recovery takes a lot of skill and nerves of steel! That Trecker is unbelievable! Hillbilly, awesome work man! The entire crew was amazing as always!!! Started my day off great!!!
9:30 Anybody else notice the 'Road Closed' sign in the lower left corner? The rain is not what got the guy in this predicament ... ignoring the ROAD CLOSED sign is. Lesson learned by the camper? Let's hope so.
@@docholliday3690 🤔 Slid down...from an open road? The video did not demonstrate that. The next higher road, was the bluff where the other campers were. That slope down to your rig would have rolled your setup...had you slid down from there. Hope you sustained no damage. Cheers.
@@billbillinger2491 we are all safe and no damage, you might have had to be there but when I was backing out of the open road, the rear end of the trailer slid out, it was wet and muddy and we probably should have stayed home. Lesson learned.
RobbyLayton to 1,000,000 I was definitely going to tell HillBilly how proud of the Trekker I was before you said to! HillBilly the Trekker has a deserved spot in all the recoverys!
Brilliant! Last time I went sideways down a hill, it was dry grass that had the same effect as ice on my traction. Was stopped by a decent sized rock. Lovely sunny day. Just as the mate arrived to help, the heavens opened up. Nothing went as planned that day 😂
Good job Hillbilly the trekker did an amazing job that is a powerful trekker. Robby you handled that situation like a pro you didn't let the rain or the audience watching get to you
Great recovery on the truck & camper, Still get a kick out of Demri and her laugh. Great job Hillbilly & crew. Love your little blue truck. David B., Utah ♥♥♥.
Hi, I like how the channel and those involved are evolving but would like to see more of Cody he seems like a really nice guy. Best wishes, Micke from Sweden
Nice and steady. Great work! It never looks as slippery or steep on video as it does in person. Repisitioning and reevaluating as you go keeps everyone safe and the trailer from rolling. Peace...
Damn that was an impressive recovery!! Kudos to the team! Everyone followed directions, which lead to complete and total success despite some unhelpful weather.
Great job everyone!! That truck and camper was in a dilly of a pickle for sure!! You all did a great job getting him back on the road without any damage! Little Tracker is like a little mini beast! I'm surprised to see it could pull that much considering how light it is.
Hillbilly, your truck did its job and made your uncle smile. Robby did a nice job leading the recovery. Great of Cody working on his day off. And then there’s the boss with her sunshine smile.
Yo Hillbilly. You deserve mad props man. You are THE right hand man. Always there to help. Always with knowledge to help to any situation upon you guys. You are the man!!
Hillbilly's Toyota is very impressive & is a very reliable rig. I used to have a Toyota Myself & many times I miss not having it anymore. The older ones do get underrated so much, but here, shows on just what they can do. Good Job, Hillbilly & like Your new smile. Bet Your feeling a lot better too.
Boy was I off on the Trecker. My apologies to Hillbilly for saying to leave the Trecker home. Great job directing the recovery Robby. You had your lines where they needed to be and got the trailer and truck to level ground. All the right equipment helped you do the job.
People come out to this beautiful area on the weekend to camp and spend time with friends and family yet the most entertaining thing for a lot of them is to stand around for hours in the rain and watch a recovery. I personally don’t get it. A 23 minute TH-cam video in the comfort of my house is more than enough for me. If I’m out there, I’m exploring the area, I’m not standing around rubber neckin’.
WOWZER😳😳😳😳I watch you, Fab Rats and Matt's Off Road Wrecker...Of the three of you I would put this in the top 5% of hardest recovery's Ive watched in the last two years of watching you all. Im so impressed you got the truck and trailer out in the rain, mud and on such a slope. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

It was entertaining watching you guys save the trailer. The rain and hail made it pretty miserable.
Great job & Hillbilly's Trekker was a rock star❗💙💙💙
Kick the bottom of the T-post a couple times and grab it halfway down and pull straight up. Reuse don't abuse. 😅
Disaster avoided ! Utah sure has slick ground ! Thanks for sharing !
The sad thing is that is one of the better parts of that road.
It’s nice to see more of Cody.
That was an awesome recovery. No one got hurt. The truck, the trailer, everything came out great. Awesome, teamwork. Thank you for sharing.❤😊
