Almost every day I meet up with someone or other and we stop to chat. The conversation inevitably turns to the weather, and therefore rain, because rain is never a day or two away. I always say I don’t mind, because it’s only wet clothes, and I have dry clothes and a warm house to go back to. Rain can be beautiful if you are in a beautiful place. ❤️😊
@@primalengland Several of my favourite remembrances happened in rain. And I guess they were memorable BECAUSE of the rain: The smell of my wet garden, lounging under a metal sheet roof watching the Croatian Coast drown sipping Tequila Sunrise because the 'Best of Eagles' tape was one of 3 to choose from (the others being Umberto Tozzi and the Soundtrack of La Boum) sitting in my brother's sailing boat on a bleak day in March on a gray lake in Frisia passing ever so slowly by a group of peacefully grazing cows in a downpour, heating a tin of Nasi Goreng in my parents' caravan having finished school and staying the summer alone on their lot in The Hague! When you start to analyze God's incredible creation like that your mind can't begin to comprehend the vastness and magnificence of eternity. God's universe is love.

Have you been watching Brian Cox billions and trillions of years😊 loved your video it won't be a bad thing the day humans destroy themselves, and the earth can replenish long after we are no longer here, what really stumps me is the void between those who do good and manage to coexist in relative peace with others and nature, and the ones who bring harm, and destruction in their wake to everything around and everyone around them. Humanity is insane bit pessimistic I know, choice between promise and inevitability I suppose , enjoy Yr walk, foggy morning today but lovely xx
I have been watching lots of Brian Cox lately. I forgot I mentioned him in my last video. I could watch him for hours, understand very little but still come out thinking I’d just had the best time ever. 😊
Time itself stretches back 500 trillion years and beyond... So was there another universe back then? Another Nigel doing his TH-cam walks? It's possible.
But how do we know it only goes back only 500 trillion years, and do black holes destroy information? You can tell I’ve been binge watching Brian Cox videos. 😊
@@primalengland I just picked a random number. Our universe is supposed to be 14-15 billion years old, but time can go back further. So was there another universe? How many universes has there been?
unfortunately its the 80 or so years that count to an individual. Doing what you please when you please is a recipe for tough times if what you please goes against society's laws. id say forget about the big picture and enjoy as much of life as you can, its the little things that count.
Hello😊l love your videos but i have to gently disagree with your thoughts today....i , as a Bible believing Christian, believe that GOD made the world and we are not insignificant...we are here for a short while for a purpose, finding that purpose is exciting and fulfilling...i hope you all find that purpose for each of you....and God bless you all and please do not be offended of anything ive said...thankyou
There is always one 🤔. I wish you every happiness! It’s just that, everything Nigel described has been learned over thousands of years. All of science points to universe which came into being naturally. There is zero evidence for creation. You have a book full of only claims. I’m glad you commented and I hope you are well. 👌
Not offended at all. What would the world be like if we all agreed about everything. I’m an agnostic, which I describe as a cowardly atheist who is hedging his bets, just in case. 😊❤️
Anyways, your 80 years can make you feel pretty humble in comparison to well more than 6000 years of the greater course of things. Even if your specific little part in the drama might be very significant!
@@primalenglandthankyou Nigel for your kind reply, the thing is, wouldn't our lives be boring and colourless if we were the same in everything....I learn lessons of life everyday ..it can be very humbling..😊

R and wolves cor win FA cup 😊
Now you’re in the realms of fantasy. 😊
@primalengland I know the feeling went to watch him once, came out with the sense I'd gained such a lot but understood little really xx
@@primalenglandDid the universe even have a beginning? This might all be a dream... 💤
unfortunately its the 80 or so years that count to an individual. Doing what you please when you please is a recipe for tough times if what you please goes against society's laws. id say forget about the big picture and enjoy as much of life as you can, its the little things that count.
Don’t go against society’s laws. That’s called anarchy, and is just a waste of energy. Do what you want as long as it harms no one else. 😊
Well a bit scary isn't it 😔
I love all that Universe stuff that is a little too big for my mind to take in. Makes my imagination go ‘Pop!’ 😊❤️
@primalengland I've always been very inquisitive but a bit scared ...thnks for your reply 🍁🍁
@@SuperTreemendusgood morning, your comment truly made me chuckle " there's always one" lol...God bless you...
And this tiny insignificant speck of matter is a creature made in the image of God, Creator of it all across all those eons and all those miles to be right here right now to write these words. That’s who I know I am and it is absolutely mind boggling.
