This was a great interview. I learned alot. Glad to hear a professional and woman's perspective voice. You are very sophisticated and intelligent. The only thing I did not like about the interview was that you stated to be a muslim then some parts of the interview you used profanity. None of us are perfect, however I think it would be better for you to not use profanity at all or not in public/media. It looks distasteful because you appear classy and sophiscated.

It's an interesting point about how polarising attractive people can be for others. Ironically in dating you aim to polarise but that's a given for an attractive person. I would personally find it quite anxiety inducing to think about other people having strong intention towards me whether positive or negative. Hey Sadia, If you see my comment I'd like to hear your opinion!
I just broke up and it was my decision because i honestly lost feelings. It started decent for the first 2 months until we went long distance. I was okay with it until i started going to see her about once a month. Every time i went, she was so cool and not excited to see me while i was quite happy and expecting some energy back. We couldnt stay more than 3-4 hours together because her parents didnt let her, but they let her go travelling (?!). Over time i saw we werent on the same page so it started to feel like a one sided relationship. The last time i went, i rented an apartment and drove for 3 hours. I waited for her to get out of the damn bed for 40 minutes (having limited time to spend together), and she was so disrespectful and cold that day, with a weak apology the next day. It was a breaking point for me, and i told her everything that was on my mind. Couple days later i decided to end the relationship and it didnt quite hit me because she disappointed me many times before. One thing i know for sure is that i controlled my expectations but still got only words and not actions from her.
Edit: She barely showed any signs of jealousy.

I struggle with keeping friends coz everyone wants to compete. I’ve tried being nice to people that’s even worse coz you can’t be nice as well. It’s exhausting.

hmmmmm Did you have female friends as a child? I think making friends as an adult is just hard. You probably need to find someone on the same beauty level as you who has stuff going for her too. The problem is that you might not be compatible. My sister was a real traffic stopper and claims she never had friends. She was a party girl though. I always had friends as a child, but not really in adulthood. We have become close after years of her acting out and alcoholism. We are compatible in blood due our upbringing as it's the only one we'll ever get. Good luck.

Great point Sadia!!! So glad you said that about men not even considering if the woman is attracted to them. As a middle-aged woman still on the dating scene, men keep saying, "Why is such beautiful, kind, intelligent and well-cultured woman like you still alone? There must be scores of men who want you"
When I answer that well "there are almost no men who take pride in a well-groomed appearance anymore. Sorry, sloppy appearances, overweight, scraggly beards, tatoos and piercings, annoying, insensitive personalities are a no-go, but seem to be more and more the norm". To that they always answer "But it's not important for the man to be attractive..."
    WRONG!! DEAD WRONG, guys!!
    IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!
We attractive women also have desire and need to be with someone who we are attracted to!! And ya know what? It's so important that we'd rather be alone than with a slob!
These men who ignore improving their own appearance prefer to choose the pretty but heartless, narcissist (and often emotionally sadistic) women who use them for money and only sleep with them to keep them hooked.
A bit of basic grooming, physical fitness, proper social skills and good communication skills would go further to attract kind women who truly desire you.

Sadia the West needs these types of discussions more, keep speaking your mind. Despite not believing in the same God, as I Christian in the West I highly resonate with a lot of concepts you try and teach in your videos.
The thing that gets a little confusing in this video is men prioritizing attractiveness, but at the same time you talk about it being extremely important that a women is attracted to you.
Wasn't that not the case for centuries because women had to marry for for safety and didn't have as much of a voice, and marriages worked? Not saying that always lead to healthy marriages, but I'm saying we have lost site of what it means to work at love and make it work.
It seems to me that both men and women in the West need to stop prioritizing feelings over commitment.
I'd like to hear your thoughts on a talk by Allen de Botton called "Why you will Marry the wrong person". It's a clickbaity title, but I love several of the points he makes and I think you'll largely agree with it. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts

The only thing that I disagree with is Sadia's advice not to get married if you're a western man. The institution of marriage has already been dismantled to a sad degree. My advice would be for men and women to grow up and choose their partners wisely. We need to realize that we need each other and should work toward coming together again. This is how society and the family can be strengthened. The advice to not get married is just the final nail in the coffin.

Great video, this tuned me up very good.
The reality is most men and a lot of women are addicts of something: alcohol, sex, porn, food, drugs, attention. An era of weakness that craves stimulation and or novelty. Weak men and broken women.
Before blaming modern society, clean up all addictions 100 %, even nicotine. Stay sober from all these , then come back 365 days later and see if you still have the same stance on society on women and men. Addicts carry these in the subconscious, similar patterns of impulsivity and child like with emotional sensitivity. They all end up alone.
Change your fait and clean up the bs.

"It seems promiscuity has advanced ever since the sexual revolution..." Well, perhaps by women, but on the whole men through history had something closer to a blank check. I'm not saying promiscuity by anyone is good, just pointing out the lopsided question/statement. Esther Perel draws a parallet between higher divorce rates and women having the financial option to leave unhappy marriages. It isn't just down to sex or narcissism.

      @thelemurofmadagascar9183 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

While it was comparably more acceptable in society for men to promiscuous in the past than woman, that didn't mean the cast majority of men were just sleeping around as they liked. It was mostly a small subset of men doing that. The vast majority of men just got married and settled down as most women did.

I don't particularly mind being alone. I don't need a relationship to define my flourishment as a person. I do, however, need to ensure that as someone who chooses to stay single and who doesn't have children, that I have everything taken care of for myself so that as I grow older, I am not dependent on others financially speaking. So for the most part, I enjoy a simple life, I platform my thoughts on paper, I ponder on life, and have realized that the world we are in living in today is not one I want to procreate in and instead just live as peacefully and as tranquil as possible. If I were to meet someone along the way, it would be for companionship, but certaintly not a relationship or marriage. I understand that about myself perfectly.
What baffles me about it is that when I say it to my friends, I'm like an alien of some sort as they cannot fathom being by themselves. I don't waste my time calling them out as all have had tremendously failing relationships, but I digress...

but for those looking seriously, it’s difficult in modern times , women very demanding they ‘re building high maintenance status otherwise they are moody,& they expect the love affection every minute of the day ; nowadays human relationships are demeaned by materialism to a point of no return,& if a person is patient enough & putting up with his partner, it’s only because there are no alternatives … in the future we all will be singing ADIOS LIFE COUPLES..

And there are men who are marrying promiscuous pretty high maintenance girls knowing that she is not into him. She is in it for money and better lifestyle. and they are absolutely willing to pay for it. They will pursue and again repeat the same cycle with another similar type of girl. Its their choice. Just like women are valued for their beauty, men are valued for their ability to provide. In what century this was not the case? But here we are, listening to this and saying hw right she is. Whereas I find many of the things she says coming from her own trauma of being cornered by other girls. And also projecting her thoughts as other women's. This is very one sided, and doesn't give the full picture.

Attraction is a fundamental building block and I think it is often misunderstood. We get instagram “attracted” to beauty, wealth, power, status…without always identifying what is attraction vs. ego dopamine rush. Look for the oxytocin rather than the cortisol. I know many clients who married someone they were attracted to in their daydream fantasy about what they have to offer in the future. Some women are attracted to nerdy dad bods but they chase after the men their friends are chasing after instead of being with their actual type.
