This video is part of my college course at Southern Utah University. You have to watch it to pass the course. This is very informative, impactful, and helpful. I love this!
Thank you for a very informative video. I've been studying intuitive eating for the last few months. I discovered my citric acid intolerance in the process.
The issue with intuitive eating is we don't live in a world of real food. We live where food scientists literally DESIGN food to make them addictive. It's about impossible to ever feel full or satisfied from fast food.
This is why I'm so pumped to share more about Intuitive Eating. You're right, there are additives to foods that set our senses on fire and make us want more, but there are ways to feel in control of your food choices as an Intuitive Eater. This needs a lot of videos to breakdown! I really appreciate you challenging me!
This is true. I do believe that our bodies would be different sizes naturally, but the processed foods do encourage overeating. Whole foods are made to satisfy our hunger. I eat mostly whole foods, including whole dairy. I lost 17 pounds without even trying. If I want to eat a "treat", I eat it. But I have lost the taste for most processed food.
Thank you for watching! ❤What Intuitive Eating principles do you want to see me go into more depth about?
