  • Last week I was asked about the cost of average long-term rentals and I found myself in Uluwatu so I thought I would shed some light on one of the hundreds of options available.

    I pay 320 euro monthly in a hotel in Kuta. I have a room with bathroom and a have my own very nice terrace in the garden, a can use a shared kitchen and a swimming pool at 4 metres from my terrace. My room is 5 minutes from the beach, from a mall and the main shopping street. At 1 minute from many eating places. I have almost no reason to spend my days in my home country. 😅

    On what is called the other side of the river. (Sunset Road side) in Kuta, legian, Seminyak there is a plethora of different types of long term accommodation. (Villa, Rooms, Studio apartments) im in a Studio apartment (with kitchen) fully serviced. $400 per month in Legian.
    Cost from $300 to $600 per month. Kerobokan area also has good accommodation.

    $1,000-$1,800 USD a month for long term in Nusa Dua? I imagine they have all ranges of costs for rentals. This is just a sample of that.

      @mauriziobali8840 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There are a lot of good gyms in Bali. It depends on which area you will be staying in. Two very good gyms. Rai Fitness Gym and The Flash Gym. $8 to $10 per visit. You can Google address.

    Bro, you shouldnt make videos if you dont reeally know yet. You can easiley rent a house with 3 bedrooms for 15 - 30 million a year. Depends a bit on the area. Many of that spots are quite nice and also have warm water. And if you want warm water, it just costs you about 1,5 million to buy a unit for it. You recommend spots where they pay &1'000 a month. For that price you can easiley rent a villa with pool. Normal Villas are between 80 and 200 millions a year, depends on the size. But of course there are ateas where they ask for much higher prices. If you know about the building costs, you know that the others are ridiculous sometimes. For 500 million you easily build a villa with 2 floors and pool. One floor, pool and 3 sleeping rooms about 350 million. So means in some areas they ask for yearly rental costs that aref higher then the costs to build the whole villa 🤣

      Interesting video , what about us old farts as you mentioned lol
      Maybe something cheaper like 1000, month to rent if on a pension as you still have food, water WiFi to pay.
      I would still like to retire in Bail in a few more years yet.....unfortunately rent in Bail is getting to be the same price as Perth WA.....😮

    I stayed in beautiful resorts over there for 60AUD per night probably cheaper buy the month you don't have to live with Russians. I think you would be scared to leave your apartment if from the Russians I saw in Thailand they are intense people
