Fulhadhoo Island | Maldives 🌴 BEST BUDGET Resort Style Island

Fulhadhoo is one of the most beautiful islands of the Baa Atoll, a magical lost paradise in the middle of the Indian Ocean. 🇲🇻
Measuring at 1.9km long and 270 meters wide, Fulhadhoo is neither too small nor one of the larger inhabited islands.
Even though Fulhadhoo falls within the bounds of the territory of the Baa atoll, geographically it lies significantly further away from a great part of other inhabited islands.
This means that the ocean surrounding Fulhadhoo island is not a busy tourist route and is filled with untouched coral reefs. Hundreds of equatorial fish school here, while dolphins and turtles have no fear of humans! 🐢
The inhabitants of Fulhadhoo live in a village on the eastern side of the island. There is a mosque, a playground, a school, and a couple of shops selling essential everyday items within the village.
All of this occupies only 20% of the land. The rest of the island is in a lush green and natural state.
