Made this morning and divided between two ramekins, as shown in the video. Each one was very flat. Seems like they didn't rise at all. I know my baking powder is good because I used it last night on your 5 minute chocolate cake and that texture was perfect. This one, texture not so great and tasted overly sweet. Would it have been better if I had not divided the batter? Cake last night also a little too sweet for us. I guess we just prefer things a bit less sweet. And I made only 1/2 recipe of ganache, but still had some left over. However, the cake recipe is a keeper!

The usual swap for almond flour is one third the amount of coconut flour plus extra wet. It's what I do for all my mug cakes.

Is there an alternative flour to use besides almond with this? Almonds have to many oxalates for my liking and give me joint pain and inflammation.

Still a lot of carbs, even if they are from allulose or sweetener. Do you not count total carbs? What carb count do you aim for daily?

Probably not she did in the microwave you have to look a regular cinnamon roll recipe for the oven. It's single recipe for this.
