Omg! This recipe is a keeper. It’s fudgy and the texture is spot on. Non keto eaters wouldn’t believe it. As a former baker I’m very critical of most keto cakes and brownies. I added vanilla and pecans because I didn’t have walnuts. Thanks Myra!
Or make brownies , then make a Peanut Butter Fudge layer, after brownies are cooked, pour over top, then stick in fridge to set heat up microwave ¾ cup peanut butter, 6 tablespoon grass fed butter, ½ teaspoon vanilla, ¼ teaspoon salt, sweetener to taste.
I made this today with my little guy who needs to be low carb for health reasons and they were on point! So glad I had all the ingredient including Rx sugar allulose! Thanks for the recipe! Love your channel!!!
I smile to myself when i watch one of your videos. I first started my weight loss journey watching you!! Although, i am no longer low carb because i have different diet goals i still use your recipes from time to time.❤❤❤
Alright verdict is in. VERY good. I through walnuts in mine, used monk fruit choc chips, and didn’t use the instant coffee. First thoughts: tastes great. Doesn’t taste like a “keto version” (if you know, u know)….I wish they were a LITTLE chewier rather than fluffy but that’s a minor observation and they might stiffen up a little in the fridge. That said, as someone on keto, this is such a welcome break. That said, it would be easy to over indulge and break your carb count so eat carefully! Thank u so much for this recipe!
Thank you, Myra! I just made it and it’s good. I didn’t use the coffee though cause I don’t drink it and wasn’t going to buy it just to use a little, although I know it would’ve tasted even better with it. And I used a Hu chocolate bar instead of the chips you used. Mine seemed more like a cake than brownie but it still hit the spot.
I tried this tonight and doubled the recipe. Mine in the center did come out a little gooey. I did notice this and did the foil. Helped a bit. But I just cut around it and it's soooo delicious!!! Soft and yummy!! I also added a big dollop of peanut butter. MmmmMMMM
Hi Mayra… Just want to say that I love your videos! The brownies look delicious. How long did it take you to bake the double batch? You never said. Thanks 🙏
Looks good, but I am wondering about the net carbs per brownie; your recipe says Makes 9 portions...then Nutrition per brownie: Calories - 184 Fat - 18g Protein - 3g Total Carbs - 19g (mainly from allulose) Net Carbs - 1g If there is no fibre, how does the net carb count, equal 1 per brownie?
The recipe in your blog will be the thick brownies you just made or would I need to double that recipe? You said you doubled it in the video but maybe you did off camera and confused me. Please clarify. Would love to try. Thank you for sharing great recipes
those look amazing... i have been watching your channel now for a long time and i cant remember without going back to look but were you ever diabetic? seeing you still going after all these years and yummy recipes you make, i have to wonder if you are a abstainer or a moderator when it comes to food esp stuff like this... im always afraid i will go off the deep end and wreck my progress lol...keep the amazing recipes coming love your content.
Monkfruit sugar is my choice and I buy it from Amazon package or by the pound from Sprouts. I have used it for few years already and I don’t think there’s a difference in taste from sugar except that it doesn’t take my blood sugar up. I never used allulose before but I definitely will buy it soon just to know how it tastes like.
Easy.... I always mix the chocolate chips in the dry mix before adding wet ingredients because they get coated in the dry ingredients that way they float & not sink while cooking.... I do the same when using nuts, raisins, sultanas etc.
It's funny you like allulose? I've tried it and it's not sweet at all. I just bought some Lakanto's allulose with monk fruit to see if this will work better.
And for Good reason. 😂People are simply too dumb to figure out that Butter contains Milk. Think of the outcry that would happen if someone too dumb to even read and allergic to milk were to die from eating un labelled butter.😱 Wouldn't want to prevent that kind of low IQ person from breeding, now would we.😅😂

Add a Pinch/1/8th tsp salt and 1/2 to 1 tsp vanilla too!!
If you sift the dry ingredients together it will get rid of any possible lumps and will make the batter mix better.

Great recipe ❤ thanks
Thanks Mayra.

Can’t wait to make this! Blondies and brookies next 🙏🏽?
Can you link the information for the cacao please?
Do you have a blondie recipe? Thx from Connecticut.
I definitely need to try this ❤
Looks delicious 😋
Woww it does looks delish and healthy!! How can I store the brownie at room temperature or inside the refrigerator? ❤
What about salt? Shouldn't you put some salt in? Looks good though!
I would love to start taking SEED but it's so expensive. :(
I can’t take Seed, it really upsets my stomach. THRIVE MARKET has a Women’s Pre/Probiotic that’s very reasonable.
That looks amazing!! What chocolate chip brand did you use? I can't find any sugar free chocolate chips in that shape
Can we substitute almond flour for Lupin flour?

Can I ask if these brownies spike glucose? Or make you crave sugar after eating them? They look so good!
That looks so delicious. I must try that today. Thank you so much for sharing. I would like to add walnuts to mine. What do you think?
These look absolutely delicious 😋
Definitely a healthier version of a traditional or box 📦 brownies 😊❤
Yummy looks so delicious 😋
I cup of sweetener was too much.
I can’t wait to make them 🥹🫶
Does the allulose have to be in powdered form?
They look really good. Can't wait to make them.
What other flour can I use instead of almond flour? I am allergic to all nuts.
Excited to try
Wow looks great. How do you make it eggless.
Those really look good.
Can I substitute the almond flour for oat flour???
Very delicious 😊
Thank you 😋
I cannot have dairy I can use coconut oil instead of butter . What chocolate chip brand do you use. I am dairy free and gluten free?
Choc Zero
Fantastic ❤
I CANNOT make brownies WITHOUT walnuts….The walnut police are Not going to knock on my door!
Have you tried it with raw macadamia nuts???? Omfg to die for 😋😋😋
Absolutely agree!❤🙏🤩🇦🇺
Hi I love walnuts with brownies, do we bake the walnuts with the brownie or add it after it bakes?
Eww.. walnuts are gross in brownies 🤢
Just checking, walnuts are okay, low carb, aren't they???🙈 because I love walnuts in my brownies too!😩😋

How can get the Brownie recipe ingredients
I have allergies and interested in what you use and where I can get it
Where's your top from. It's so cute
I need to be almond free can you sub coconut flour?
How did u make a double batch
Is the texture cakey or fudgey? They look amazing, and I trust Mayra 100%!
If I don’t drink coffee, will that instant coffee give it a coffee taste?
I don't drink coffee either
It enhances the chocolate flavor. Didn’t taste like coffee unless you put too much
It will not!
Be cautious if your caffeine sensitive because this will give you the coffee jolt
Made this, and it was crumbly the taste was really good but crumbly
How many carbs for the double recipe
How much of each ingredient?
Where can I find the recipe please? ❤

@ oh that’s wonderful for you
Does the link also give measurements of the ingredients ?

I want to make these so bad love anything chocolate , and low carb is a bonus!!!
Can you use stevia instead of the allulose to lower the carbs ?

I have not found a sugar substitute I like. I will probably try organic coconut sugar and maybe cut the amount.
@@annakuman9898 do you use white or raw monk fruit?
@annakuman9898 do you change the measurements when using monk fruit? I have some already
Hola una pregunta porque no hay recetas en español??
How many calories and carbs
She never mentioned how long her double batch took to bake, or did I miss it?
Can you sub coconut flour?
Yes, my question I came to ask.
No, you can't...the texture will be off as they are completely different flours....
How’d she get 5 perfect choc chips spaced out throughout the brownies?? Lol
I would never be able to make brownies in a white shirt! 😅
How much of each ingredient?
Recipe in description..
Can I use coconut flour instead of almond flour? I am trying to finish it. 😌
Sadly no they are not equally interchangeable. The texture will be off.
What’s the recipe ?
There’s a recall on Kirkland butter
The recall is because they forgot to put contains milk on the label… lol as if people don’t know what butter comes from
ty for adding this info!
Because it has milk in the butter. Dr Berrie did a video on how ridiculous the recall is
And for Good reason. 😂People are simply too dumb to figure out that Butter contains Milk.
Think of the outcry that would happen if someone too dumb to even read and allergic to milk were to die from eating un labelled butter.😱

This looks delicious. I really wish she'd pull her hair back when she cooks.
Looks good unfortunately I have a nut allergy ☹️
Yes, im wondering if coconut flour can be used.
@@rmendoza994 if you want to use coconut flour you would only use 1/3 of the amount of almond flour.
The music in the background is too loud, it’s always too loud and it’s hard to hear her
@Nottallblond,
YOU ARE SO CORRECT‼️😡😰😫
Might be your computer. The sound is fine on mine, and I'm usually sensitive to music being louder than the voices.

How much is 1 cup in gramms?
It depends on what you are measuring. 1 cup of feathers will not weigh the same as 1 cup of lead.
What brand are the chips? I can’t find the big chips anywhere lol
They are probably "Lily's" brand.

Just a bite is over the 1 carb that she claims. I hope nobody is actually diabetic that eats these.
@davebryant8050 there's no sugar in it though.
It looks cakey, l like my brownies somewhat chewy. I wonder if it would work if I cook it a bit less.
