Perfect timing, i am sitting in the garden listening to kologo and gonje music sending my mind racing to the savannahs of the north. To top it all off i just enjoyed some tuo ʃinkafa.

In Nigeria we call the jute sauce 'Ewedu' and usually combine it with a yellow colored soup made from black eyed peas, called gbegiri. Typically there's a third sauce/tomato-pepper stew included. The three are served as a moat around an island of amala in the center (which is fufu made from fermented yam flour). We also have our rendition of Groundnut soup, but Typically, we'd use bitter leaves, or African Basil to cook it, along with dawadawa and other spices. So many similarities in West African cuisine. I'm sure that food slapped, just based on the ingredients that went in that pot 😋

I will be coming to Nigeria very soon to try but there are so much similarities in the west Africa dish. Thanks for watching, kindly share

Eating Greedy I see 👀 So be careful it's hungry people out here hunting for food because the Chef ain't sharing equally amongst the people and they are hungry 😁😂. No game because they are killing because the world 🌎 ain't eating equal and they feel you are show boating Hollywood 😂😂😂😂. Z
