      I don't use MMD for motions, so I don't know the answer to that.

    lovely video ;3;...i couldn't understand the whole rage thing on the physics, but it's okay. Cause i ended up doing what you just did in this video -which i actually found out about this trick like a while back -i just forgot about it since i was in a hitatus on mmd.

    I am running into an issue with parts of my models. I have selected the gray dot and everything else that you had selected, but the bones are still being stretched when I move them. Is there something else I am missing?

    • @Lemieux_channel
      @Lemieux_channel 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      ...Okay, now I’ve tried it again and it is now stretching out the material instead of the bones! I am so confused😅

    • @mintymouse95
      @mintymouse95  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Lemieux_channel Do you have all the boxes highlighted in the PMX View window? I'm talking about the ones under "Select" (V, F, Bn, Bdy and J). If you want to move/select bones then the Bn box should be highlighted, otherwise it won't let you select them in the View window (this applies to hidden bones as well)

    • @Lemieux_channel
      @Lemieux_channel 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mintymouse95 Yes, I did that stuff. I think it’s because I have had problems lately with anything I have added textures on in Blender and then imported back to pmx. Maybe the Blender program’s editing removes some bones or something🤔

    • @mintymouse95
      @mintymouse95  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Lemieux_channel Ah, I've never worked with Blender or any other modelling programs apart from PMXE, so I don't know, maybe? 😅

    • @chickishot8172
      @chickishot8172 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Lemieux_channel I don’t know if you figured this out yet or not and I know this is really late for a reply but it sounds like that is a weight paint issue that needs to be corrected in blender. You can check by going into pose mode in blender and move the parts that had material stretching to see if it still stretches there.

    Alright, I found this because I used VRoid to make my model, and his hair is very long. While the physics works just fine in VRoid, when I export him and make him a PMX file so I can use him in MMD, his hair is as shaky as I am on a cold winter's day. I'm stupidly new to all this, and really don't know how to do what you did in the first video or this one. I tried toying with the radius a few times to see if that helped (his head is rather small, set to 1.218666 and so is his back) but none of it seems to matter as it still shakes like crazy. Help?
    (Edit: gave the wrong number for head size)

      @@mintymouse95 Btw how to remove hair from the model. I mean, complete remove, I only know remove material and bone. Don't know how to remove hidden bone, join, riggig body.. I hope u can make tutorial about this, this very helpfull for newbie like me. Btw sorry my English is not good hahaha

    • @mintymouse95
      @mintymouse95  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To remove hidden bones you have to click on the grey circle button at the bottom of the PMDView/PMXView. That makes the hidden bones visible. Make sure you have the Bn button on (at the top row in PMDView/PMXView) so that you can select them. Another way to remove bones is to just to go to the Bone tab in the main window, find the unneeded invisible bones, click on them and then press delete on your keyboard.
      To remove joints you have to click on the J button in the PMDView/PMXView and then select them and delete them by pressing delete button on your keyboard. Or again, you can delete them in the main window by going to Joint tab and clicking on the joints there and then deleting them.
      Same thing for physics, in the PMDView/PMXView click on Bdy button and then you can select them, or in the main window in the Body tab
      Your English is fine :)
