That insect visualization was actually distressing, more so that I was expecting. Anyway, I loved it, especially because of the link between the exercise with the previous exercise with the shoulder falling off. I love when things connect in unexpected ways.

How long is this video? I thought it had ended but it only continued going on in silence, adding more time than it was supposed to have. How much time was it supposed to have? Was it supposed to stop at any time? Maybe this is reality. Maybe this is an insignificant but average detail that I've somehow forgotten. Maybe I'm not in the right place. Where am I? How long is this video? How long is eternity? How will we ever know? Maybe we won't...

Thank GOD that NightVale Presents is a thing. Each new show brings you into a dark and disturbing world that has its own unique weirdness.
Okay learn from my mistakes and don't listen to this while trying to fall asleep. It got to the "is that you breathing you're hearing? Are you sure" part and went "NOPE" and shut it off. I'll see you tomorrow morning when the dark abyss of my room isn't surrounding me.

I'm actually getting a little sleepy while listening to this.
I wasn't sure if this was going to be a genuine attempt to imitate an old style relaxation tape with some Nightvalian quirkiness or a fully blown narrative disguised as such. I'm still not sure. Only time will tell if the sinister side of things hinted at are explored further. All I know is that the "clap" part somehow managed to trigger me which fills me with...concern.

I don't really care for it! Not knocking the quality, it just feels like there's nothing to grab onto narratively, like it's just a collection of isolated portions from Night Vale that follow the same non-sequitir kind of narrative.
