Mad to think over the years, whether we just played single player and/or just started playing the game, didn't think these items were worth anything (like boots or pelts, I never used to picked them up) or just missed them all together and are just lost to time and may never drop again. My Bowazon (strafe) uses a Rare Amulet: +2 to Amazon Skill levels, 5% Mana stolen per hit, Cold Resist +36 (and some other meaningless attributes) I was so happy when I found it :-) She's also using a rare Tiara: 30% Enhanced Damage, 7% life stolen per hit, which I gambled.
I can provide you with an image of my crafted druid amulet if you need it for the vid. (+2 druid, +19 FCR, +53 life, +20 mana, 6 mana regen, 14 all res.)
Another interesting topic you could consider making video about would be crafted items that can be best in slot. Like caster amulets or boots, blood rings, hit power gloves, safety amulet, etc.
3:40 5bo helmet is mainly for prebuffing. So it doesn't need to be that insane to be useful, just 5bo blue is super good. Other stats are mostly style points, but some people will pay crazy runes for it.
2/20 Barb Circlets are actually used by a variant of the Goldfind Barb that are aiming to get to the 37% FCR breakpoint (20 helm / 10-20 amulet / 7+ on the belt, when not using a 20 roll on the amulet) for smoother teleporting and casting in general. A god-roll on those would be something like: 2 barb / 20 fcr / all res / goldfind / 2 open sockets / teleport charges (if you don't happen to have teleport on your amulet).
Rares can be excellent. Like the +3 lightening skills ammy i swapped my tals for. Dont need the 33 light res and i will trade the small amount of mana and life for an extra 1200-1300 damage.
in my opinion rares have the potional to get me more survive abillity. magic items has the potanial to get me the most dmg. (Rare pelt: 2 druid 3Nado FHR, ress ,life ,strenght ) ( Magic Pelt: 3 Elemental 3 Nado Maybe with FHR Or LIFE ) I LIKE MAGIC MORE THEN RARES ( RARE BOOTS ARE THE BEST)

I just got circlet: 2 to druid/20fcr/2 sockets and i put 2 jewels with 15 all res+ 7 fhr. So in total has 30 all ress and 57 to lighting and 14 fhr. Just an epic item!
i find a lot of cruel/fools mods both together on claws and maces, but never eth or with self repair at that. didnt even know u could get the self repair.... that changes so much now on what i need to think about keeping or trashing

Rare rolls should have the potential to beat out runewords and uniques. It's why the itemization in D2 is better than D3 where everyone wears the same thing. The ladder is all clones mostly. Personally I think they need to either 1: get rid of OP runewords or 2: increase power of rares so people will actually pick up and use rare weapons.

I gambled a 2/30/20 paladin circlet in sp, absolutely crazy. Unfortunately it doesn't really have anything else good. Will help me get to 125% fcr once I replace my spirit with a hoz. You can also find 3/20 magic gloves if you are okay with sacrificing resistances
I'm one of those that loves finding 300%+ ed rare weapons. Just because nobody else is going to have the same thing. Feels bad that 99% of them don't roll Fool's or Quickness though. My favorite thing from original D2:LoD was 292%ed Cruel Tmaul that I dual Ohm'ed, so close to 400% when it was done.
About the rare weapons, yes, Grief will be better than most of them, however, Grief is banned from duelling, so if you find a good rare it can worth a lot
for physical bowzons I really like passive and magic skills way better than any + bow skill items. passive and magic gives you attack rating, penetrate, evade, dodge, etc. All worth way more than an extra arrow.

I found this pair that has no frw but other than that they're pretty sick. 10 fhr, 19 fire res. 39 lightning res, 39 cold res. 46 gold find and 19 magic find. I'm thinking they're as close to best in slot i'll ever find for a tele gf/mf barb. Is the frw so incremental or would these actually be valuable?
If you tele everywhere then frw is rarely relevant (except mana burn monsters). But honestly besides the light res you will get better boots as you keep grinding

I have like 4 paladin shields magic ones with 40+res 40+%ed 4os... 4os 44 all res targe lvl 3. How much are these worth? I've looked up online. Can't seem to find guides on these types of shields.

Little disappointed you didn't talk about belts. Couple of weeks ago i found a 24fhr/20str/40life/cr/lr/fr belt and it sold for 800fg. (i could have gotten more but wanted to sell it) A belt like this can spawn up to 30 str and 60 life, a top tier dueling belt can fetch quite alot.

Someone told me if their quantity reaches 0 they will “break” and no longer replenish quantity, rendering them useless. Is this true? I found a site discussing this and people said it was fixed at some point in a patch.
On Diablo2io I saw a +2 Paladin 20 FCR very high Life and Mana and other good Stuff. It sold for somewhat 3 Ber+ there and one Guy mentioned, prob the best Circlet for Paladin ever found...
You can buy 3/20 magic gloves from vendors on Act 1 hell. To find 2/20 rare gloves with other useful afixes will take very long time to farm, and they have one skill less.
Diablo is one of those games that needs a community working together to fully understand. I would probably be stuck in nightmare if I had to play completely on my own.
I remember being stuck in nightmare back in 1999-2000. This was a melee necromancer before skill synergies were released (prior to 1.09 patch) lol. A very laughable character but I thought I was awesome.

Some crafted items trump even the rarest of rares. This should be in your next coming videos.

Agreed. Just recently switched to a magic +3 pally combat skills/ +15 all res ammy i found casually. Not all that GG but a big upgrade.

I just found war gauntlets with +2 to javelin and spears, 20 attack speed, +1 to strength, poinson length reduced by 25%. Worth anything?

Necro heads could also be godly. +2 Nec Skills, +3 Psn Nova, +3 Revive, +3 Lower Res, 30/20 block, 20 all res, 40 life, 2 sockets, eth, self repair, lets go.

I wish I still had my tri res dual stat boots ! Cant demon boots spawn 1 resistance to 40%? And 2 others to 20
+6 bo blue helms available, so the yellow ones sadly aren't valuable. Extremely easy to get a delirium 5 bo since it's not used for combat.
