I use this printer and my problem is that the paper got stuck not on the back rollers but at the front right underneath where the ink cartridges are under the tiny little rollers and I can't get the paper that is stuck out
After printing some labels, my HPPrint-6E-ENVY 120 Series printer jams. I have cleaned the rollers and it is still jamming. I took out the paper path cover and tried printing. The paper didn't jam, it came out the back of the printer but there was no type on it. When I put the paper path cover back in the printer, the jamming began again.

When you mention the duplex cover are you meaning the paper path cover mentioned at 5:01 in the video? I would like to help you get the information you are requesting. Would you please let me know which HP printer you have. Thank you
Hi Lisa, Thank you for the clarification. The duplex cover is not designed to be removed from the printer. It has the slot to allow a person to tilt the plastic cover to check for paper underneath it.

+HP Printer Support I think I'm in trouble here, I can't find my receipt, but I bought it last year and as I wasn't staying at my girlfriends address sign up for ink refills, could I set that up now and c would that help with warranty issues? otherwise could I just bypass the sensor to use it as a basic scanner, shame though, I really liked out as a piece of kit. any thoughts much Appreciated.

My printer is saying paper jam . But when I see there is no paper
Please work through the steps in the "A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer Series" document ( ow.ly/QTpH301xawL ). It will help you determine if there is any sort of debris other than paper hiding in the printer. If you get to the "Service the printer" step, please work through the "A 'Carriage Jam' Message Displays for HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer Series" document ( ow.ly/ehSm301xaHd ) to ensure that you don't have a carriage jam; sometimes a carriage jam will present itself as a paper jam. If you get to the 'Service the printer' step in this document, please use the link in the document to contact Technical Support.
It keeps curling the paper!

I am so tired of getting the offline error message and having to go through all this. I never had all this folderol over changing paper, either. This printer is one great nuisance.
+Puzzledrev - May I know to which device you have connected your printer? (For ex: Desktop, notebook, iPhone, iPad, android phone etc? - If connected to computer may I know the operating system installed on it?

HP Printers are extremely poor quality and not dependable at all. Their "Help and Support" is about as good as their products.
