Moved By The Ocean Breeze (Atelier Ryza 2) Metal Cover

Okay look I know this is basically an Atelier cover channel at this point but here me out: this song rips, more below.

I've covered quite a few songs from the Atelier series at this point, and this is my third cover from Ryza 2. The soundtracks are all wonderful, but no song has had quite the impact this one had. Throughout my playthrough of this game on Twitch, I couldn't help but mention how much I love this song nearly every time it came up, at some points going out to collect materials I didn't need just to have an excuse to listen to it more! It's come to hold a special place in my heart as one of my favorite songs from any video game, hands down. So of course I had to do something with it! And full disclosure: I'm probably going to try covering other songs from this game in the future. Huh, maybe I should just make an album out of it?
The biggest challenge with this one had to do with composition; while this song is upbeat and high-energy, it's an orchestral piece with a whole bunch of moving parts that can be difficult to translate to just a few guitar lines. I decided I wanted to take my time with this one, because I REALLY wanted to get it right, at the very least capturing the vibe of the original. There may be some small bits I missed (the bells for instance), and there are some bits I had to make up when, say, only the melody and one harmony were presented, but overall I think (more like hope), that I got it mostly right! Let me know if you think I did this wonderful song some justice, or what you think I need to improve on!
