At one point he even gave her an option whether she wanted to be shot or strangled but eventually talked him out of it. Both Dylan & Shasta were raped and tortured in the weeks they were kidnapped but he apparently really had a disliking to Dylan and would be more aggressive and mean towards him. When police showed up Duncan didn’t really fight arrest or even try to act like he wasn’t caught. Even though Xqc doubts some of what Duncan said about the murders, from what I remember there isn’t much reason to doubt him or think he is embellishing and that generally it seems that what he says basically lines up with the evidence and his confessions line up with his behavior.
