Can you please tell .... How to improve jumping for a beginner and what kind of food should take before exercise or practice the game(like snacks). I'm really keen to know the answer if you can share:)
basically, to build muscles, you should eat proteins (meat, eggs etc.), you can try a protein shake or protein bar for your snack if you wish. talking about exercising, do squats with fast going up, do lunges, do squats on one leg, jump more etc. you'll find something for yourself
