    Great to see more competition in the mouse market. Fantech coming through with a surprisingly solid release!

      Not really surprising. XD3 and XD5 are both awesome products, specially for their price. XD5 might have the nicest GM 8.0 that I've used, and I've tested hundreds of mice through this years.

      Honestly that Intellimouse Pro shape they made was perfect. Literally just scale up the size and it's a banger.

  • @RentABlackout

    Fantech has been stepping up, the Aria looks like a way more comfortable Orochi v2 for claw gripping.
    You should give the fantech agile mp453/903/904/905 mousepads a shot too. They're about as cheap as the ikea pad(in SEA, not sure about everywhere else) and honestly pretty solid for a balanced smooth speedy pad with easy microadjustments.
    Surprisingly low static friction for the amount of dynamic friction it has. Supposedly the dynamic friction increases after washing it while the static friction remains very low.

    S tier video like always. Curious about a few things tho. You play with fingertip grip or claw? I’m trying to transition into fingertip grip but i don’t know if I should use the fingers all the time or only for micro adjustments.

    • @FreshReviewsYT
      @FreshReviewsYT  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I actually have a weird grip with a few of these mice and particularly the aria. The aria I feel I have a relaxed fingertip, and at times I do full palm it and at times I find myself almost clawing it. It’s a very hybrid grip that changes for different scenarios like for instance if I’m running around looting, sniping, or spraying. I would say primarily relaxed fingertip though

      @@FreshReviewsYT This is awesome for fellas with large hands like you, so you can experience that awesome shape in claw not just fingertip! For me the Aria is too big as would lose so much inner hand mobility with my aggressive claw grip (19x10cm), but gotta love those split main buttons. That's what I miss the most as the clicks on my Orochi V2 have become lighter and inconsistent after 1 year of use, so i get miss-clicks now and then. I think it's because of the single top shell slightly warping with heavy use and changing the main clicks tensioning, i doubt it's the Kailh GM 4.0 themselves who are to blame. If with the Orochi V3 they could implement split main buttons and optical switches with the latest sensor it would be perfect for small and medium hand users. For large hand user the Fantech Aria is a must as the shape is so versatile!

    Leaning towards this mouse. However I'm hesitant since my Helios XD3 V2's LMB started double clicking after 3 months and the RMB another 3 months later

    XM1R, Pulsar x2 and g102 have back hump. It hurts my aim. But Orochi v2 is not like that. According to this way, does fantech aria like g012 or orochi style?
