The hole you placed a bung into, that is for the diverter valve relocation, either once you blank the DV on the KO3 platform, for ease of access instead of going under the car, or on the KO4 platform which had been relocated for the very reason mentioned previously.
How you managed to get that turbo pipe clip off using a pair of long nose pliers i dont know. I did the same mod on my Audi TT MK2 and i had to use mole grips with 300lbs per square inch tension on them and i still managed to remove all of the skin on my right hand whilst doing it.
REVO INTAKE ALL DAY LONG, BEEN A PROVEN FACT THAT THE REVO INTAKE IS MUCH BETTER FOR THE TFSI ENGINES, A TEST WITH MANY TOP BRANDS WAS DONE ON A DYNO AND THE REVO CAME THROUGH EVERY TIME, 30% MORE AIR FLOW THEN ALL THE OTHERS, BUT VERY GOOD VIDEO VERY WELL PUT TOGETHER
Kit looks reasonable but spoilt somehow by that extra large jubilee clip to secure the pipe. They would just need to weld a rubberized bracket to the pipe.Would look way more pro .
Where are the brakes lines and booster? all tfsi I have seen have that parts close to the battery bay. The brake lines and booster obstruct the space to install a cold air intake
+TFC 1 I am now getting bad suction noise under the hood after the install of the air intake when step on gas. Was told it could be the diverter valve? Any ideas? So annoying I am thinking of going back to the stock intake.
Omg, you’re getting more hot air from the engine bay than with the stock set up. The stock set up faces to the front of the engine bay, while the ‘cold air intake’ is cone is INSIDE the engine bay. Very silly waste of money.

Is there a link to buy this kit?
is there any issue with the mapping after install?
Could you put a link on where I can get my hands on the filter plz thanks
Does it affect NCT?
is there a non standard DV valve on the car, you get a lot more turbo hiss then i do from mine!
Good point. I didn't think of that. Keep up the work, looking forward to more updates!*****

The rubber piece that was pulled out of the bottom of the turbo intake pipe do you need it for the new induction pipe?
I just installed the Evo V air intake the video helped a lot. Thanks

But the air travels further in the stock engine cover that sits on top of the engine. Which one do you think gets hotter??
