sarah is the only person in that restaurant that does her job is good at it knows what is wrong and is willing to speak up if she wont get fired the second she airs her complaints. her being playful and like to stroke the fires is just good fun. she hates the owners so her enjoying their suffering when gordon came I cant blame her for.
She's stressed out over this one? Wait until she finds out about something like Dillon's, Handlebar or, Fiesta Sunrise. 😂 ❤ About Gordon handling people differently - He is really good at knowing how much to push and what to say to get people to "push back" and show that they actually care. He has a sense of how much he needs to "break them down" before they'll comprehend the denial. He's even harder on people in Hell's Kitchen, it's a competition, for one, and it's more like a "boot camp" to push people to their best.
@@Autisticgoldfish96 nah. what happened with amy is that all the dust dirt insects and roadents are all terrifying of her. so it stays clean by default. she might start yelling at a spec of dust if it appears.
I am still beyond baffled as to why you would open a restaurant in direct competition with your own parents. Even a franchise situation they were too close for. As for Doug I have to wonder if he and Rita had one of those relationships where as long as they weren't officially together they were fine but if they lived together they turned toxic. Still as a chef he should have been out on his ass.
Oh Chelzor, Chelzor…if you think Galleria 33 is bad, then you should watch the episode at Dillon’s. Season 1 episode 2. Fair warning: do NOT eat snackies or drink bevies while watching
They way the best server was portrayed in this episode was the worst, nothing she said or did was wrong she is well within her right to keep the tips SHE earned. Why pay a percentage to someone who doesn't do his own job? Why is it her fault that she works all the tables if no one else will? Why is it her fault that the owners didn't establish what they expected and just let her and all the other waiters to do what they wanted??? Seriously biased towards these god awful restaurant owners jfc :/ Also seriously fire that waste of space "manager" bus boy. Also I swear that other sister slept with the ex-husband which is why she sometimes protects him even though she dislikes him now, they probably had a fallout.
If I remember rightly, they said that they were in their parent's place. I suspect that they didn't actually learn everything about running and owning a restaurant, so I imagine they went into it thinking it would be a certain way, not knowing that there was all this stuff that they simply weren't aware of their parents doing when they worked at their restaurant.
God I love the editing and sound effects in this show 😂 it’s just a perfect time capsule of 2005-2010 reality tv They should serve Egyptian food because they’re so in da’ nile Ok I’ll leave now
godron changes the way he talks depending on who he is talking to and where. the guy is a master at conversational skills. if someone has a certain personality then he changes how he speaks to them in order to get through to them. as for kids. he knows kids are 100% innocent and yelling at them and being means never works. also the kids tend to be better cooks than the professionals he oversees XD. but yeah gordon speaks to others based on how they need to be spoken to in order to help them and not push them away. hells kitchen he has every right to be pissed XD. they are all meant to be experienced professional chefs. but instead they make mistake after mistake after mistakes. never learning their lesson and refuse to get over their undeserved ego. so yeah gordon yelling at them for being incompetent morons is 100% valid.
So yeah, I saw part 1 of this on the Twitch stream... was so spent, I couldn't finish watching it. Glad this was posted so I can see the ending of this... insanity.
1:24:00 Hearing you talk about pharmacy shenanigans like this made me think of "Mark's Pharmacy Fiasco" from the Distractable podcast. There's a 2 part animation of the highlights from that episode made by Sir Walter Underbridge which might make for a good reaction considering your work history if you haven't seen it already.
I've been in a work place with a culture where people stopped caring. Me included. So I left. Business was sold. We went from being proud of our job, wanting to do right with the customers, to not giving a shit within a year.
Feels like everyone at that place needs therapy. 1 sister might be an alcoholic. Other cant keep herself together plus has her ex husband working for her. The bus boy is... I dont even know. Just... yall need mental health help not Gordon
For anyone who's watched Masterchef US season 6, Sara gives off Derrick vibes - she's aggressive and people don't like her but she's good at what she does
Sara got blamed by a bunch of jealous people. Don't want her taking the best tables and everything, STEP UP AND DO YOUR JOB AND OUT PERFORM HER. Annoying that even the owners just blamed her, but they did 0 leading.
This is the problem with american tipping culture. businesses should pay their woorkers fair pair not just minimum or below and then not iips are accepted. taff dont need tips to live..... Its just businesses getting hte general public to pay the wages they are not willing to pay
Love how “every one does nothing” but also “Sara does too much”, then act surprised when the only person worth paying leaves
the waitress is the best thing about that restaurant.
It's 1 competent person vs a house of clowns and sloths. Sara stood no chance.
@@nikolaiyeoqty5261 if she was fired cuz i cant remember then I hope she found a good job that treats he well.

You think Dillion's was worse?
@@yugoxgc At least Amy kept her place clean.
@@yugoxgc Yeah, maybe not on the "family/owner drama" side but definitely on the incompetence, rotten food and overall filthy side.

The _Big_ sister is thirsty as hell for Gordon Ramsay. She does not hold back with how much she wants him.
Both sisters refusing to go talk to upset customers is probably the reason the busboy is roleplaying as the restaurant manager.

As an European it is so wild to me, that you guys call brick buildings "historic". In europe "historic" often means build by the Romans. ;)
On the other end we Americans find it funny when Europeans think a two hour commute _daily_ (to and from) is a big deal.
