Why would you use E as the second part at the start of the Combo if its a scaling Execute? i mean sometimes its nice for the AA Cancel but its way stronger and has way more value if it used as the last part of the Combo cuz the dmg increases with missing Health. Later on its AOE too and if u hit a low HP Tank as an example you can nuke down whole Teams with it
