I would prefer accessing it through the hall way. To add a bit more privacy too.

Agree. I think bathroom access from the hallway is best, too.

What software did you use to add the furniture to the design?

What water outlet would the new kitchen use, if you turn the old kitchen one into a bathroom?

_For the informative benefit of all readers_ Distinction between white, black, and grey water (briefly and for simplification). White Water: refers to unpolluted rainwater from atmospheric precipitation. It is considered the cleanest water resource and often requires no treatment for many purposes. // Black Water: comprises wastewater from toilets containing human and toxic waste. It necessitates rigorous treatment before reuse or discharge into the environment. // Grey Water: originates from sinks, showers, and washing machines and may contain traces of detergents, soap, and small amounts of organic contaminants. It requires relatively simple treatment for reuse. 🌼
How grey water recycling works: Collection: Grey water is collected through a specifically designed drainage system within the house or building. This system separates grey water from black water originating from toilets. // Treatment: The collected grey water is sent to a treatment system, which may include filtration, disinfection, and chemical processes to remove impurities and bacteria. The extent of treatment depends on the intended use of the grey water. // Storage: After treatment, grey water is stored in dedicated tanks before being reused. // Reuse: Treated grey water can be used for various non-potable purposes, such, toilet flushing, washing outdoor surfaces, or vehicles.🌼Examples of grey water recovery systems: Centralized Systems: These systems collect and treat grey water from multiple residential units or buildings in a single structure. // Decentralized Systems: In this case, each residential unit or building has its own grey water collection and treatment system. This is suitable for smaller buildings or situations where localized separation and treatment are practical. // Greywater-toilet Systems (GWTS): These systems directly connect grey water to the toilet drainage system. Treated grey water is used for toilet flushing, thereby reducing the consumption of potable water.”🌼This aged building does not feature a separate greywater and blackwater recovery system. In the proposed design, the kitchen will be situated adjacent to the new bathroom. It will be necessary to connect the new kitchen drainage to that of the bathroom. It will also be necessary to ensure that the floor slab is sufficiently thick and that the distance between the starting point and the endpoint is not excessive (pipe slope); otherwise, raising the kitchen via a step may be required, and I will also need to ensure that the height of the house permits this.🌼The regulations regarding grey water recovery vary from place to place, but in many countries, there are regulations that establish standards for the treatment and reuse of grey water. It is important to comply with local laws and obtain the necessary permits before installing a grey water recovery system.🌼For example, in the United States, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) provides guidelines and regulations for the reuse of grey water, while the European Union has introduced a new regulation known as (EU) 2020/741.🌼I hope I have been thorough enough.

I don't get why people choose a sofa with no back support. If you use the hall entrance to the bath you'd lose the laundry, I think it's important to have your own laundry. The idea of the toilet facing the dinning area isn't Ideal, but with such small spaces such things are unfortunate but unavoidable.
