    Chilli paste (12 red chilli)
    Salt 1.5 tbsp
    Tomato 450grm
    Curd 250ml
    Water 800ml
    Lemon 1
    For Rice Boiling Water:-
    Water 2.5 litre
    Salt 2 tbsp

      @@bharathiparthiban7258 - Washing rice is a technique... If you wash rice well the uncook smell will not come. Follow the exact measurement, you will get awesome Biriyani.

    We tried this recipe with slight modification (cooked mutton in cooker for 4 whistles) since we don't get soft mutton here in Canada. It turned out very well and everyone liked it. Thank you Jabbar Bhai!

Aanaa taste vera level. I'm from vellore so I crave for a Good mutton biryani but in 4 years, this is the first time I made mutton biryani in Canada because we hardly get mutton here.
