Supplies Needed: (affiliate links)
● Approximately 11 oz / 397 yards of Medium (4) Weight Cotton Yarn

Picot Single Crochet (PSC):
Insert your hook into the designated stitch. Pull up a loop, yarn over, and pull through the 1st loop on your hook. Yarn over and pull through the 1st loop again. Yarn over and pull through the 1st loop once more. Yarn over and pull through both loops on your hook. Push the CH 3 you just created behind and work the next ST.

Oh honey, I just love this dishcloth!!!! I’ve made two already and I am gonna re-work the shape
And use it on my swifter to dust mop and damp mop. Those little bumps will be just fabulous in the kitchen to get up tinge messes that my yorkies make when they eat....... again, thank you so much for posting the pattern. Your technique is super........ I am 72 years old and just love to crochet. And knit while I listen to books from Overdrive-library or Audible-amazon.......❤️❤️❤️😀😀😀

These look absolutely delightful Ali! I'll give one of these a try. And again I must say, I love the format and structure of your videos! I love how the row number and written instructions are posted on screen at all times, but in a smaller and non-distracting font. I also love the cadence of the verbal instructions, they are like prompts to stay on track for the viewer, and for guidance.
Far too many other channels will post tutorial videos, saying "repeat this for 20 more rows..." which is not ideal for beginners. Beginners are potentially the larger portion of the audience viewing tutorials in the first place, for the sake of learning!

This is very pretty pattern. What types of yarn you recommend? I used bamboo-cotton, which seemed to work nicely but I would like to also use some other scrap yarn and I am out of bamboo and pure cotton.
Cotton or Cotton blends are best for dishcloths! If not 100% cotton, try to use a 70/30 or 80/20 blend to ensure your cloth will be durable, able to hold water, and stand up to friction.
I am going to attempt this pattern. It is so pretty. I am a beginner. So... you need the 397 yards for just one dishcloth? If so, what do you do if your yarn runs out? I am looking at this yarn brand and I am only seeing it in 102 yards.

How do you make it smaller? Will it work with 19 stitches?

You definitely can! I would just be sure to use a soft cotton yarn so it's nice on the skin!

Hello, I have tried ur pattern however I could not achieve that knobby texture , I'm doing something incorrect
Peggy Cimorelli the texture is created by the Picot Single Crochet stitches, be sure you push those stitches to the back so that they stick out. I have a video tutorial for the Picot Single Crochet stitch of you want to check it out!
Im having the same problem but Im going to keep going bc some look great. There is definitely a learning curve! I love the pattern and the easy to follow instructions!

I can hardly hear you. I don't understand your stitches. You go to fast.
You can’t even see what you’re doing. Why have a stitch then say go learn it in another video. I rather go on to someone else’s video.
