Beautiful lines and design. I can imagine how much fun it would be to spend the day out, and then sleep in the main cabin... Thanks for sharing this awesome review video with us :)
The vertical prow is from 70 years ago on boats like Chris Craft. They soon learned that as the speeds increased an less Hull was in the water when a large wave was encountered the vertical prow would steer the boat violently. As speed increased into the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s for production deep veg boats the bow angle went toward the horizontal. Reggie Fountain’s famous O-G shape is a highly recognizable example of how to get rid of bow steer. I had a 32’ Sunsation and took a 6’ wave that came over the bow and the boat went straight as an arrow at 60mph. As for the bonding the deck to the hull, some builders will say “bad idea” for a performance boat. During a plant tour at Douglas Marine (maker of the Skater Catamarans) I asked why the bulk heads weren’t bonded to the hull. They said the hull has to flex. If you make it too rigid it will crack with very little load. Same is somewhat true in cars. Body on frame cars have a very flexible frame attached with flexible joints to a very stiff body. Frame takes the road loads and body filters out the noise. In a performance boat anybody that cares about noise don’t get no boat ride!
What a beautiful and well built boat. I love the balance of the boat while planing. For the price I probably would choose the 1414 Demon (Angel) over the Aston Martin AM37.
This is a gorgeous boat. The only thing about it that throws me off is the windshield. Seems like an afterthought. I think it would have looked better if it ended more gradually sort of like the Riva ISEO or boats like it
and it's so dark how can you see through it....a nice light grey 2256 would knock the glare down a give you great optics with the right material and fabricator.
Being an engineer I cannot restrain from making a suggestion. If you were to make the special holders out of magnetic material you could use any magnetic cup/goblet/ etc and dispense with the glasses with the fragile, at least they appear fragile, stems. Could work with anything magnetic; plates, S&P shakers, some grades of stainless steel.
We actually incorporated this for a few boats for clients. We did all the tables and even the bathing platform with a magnetic core and the cups and goblets with magnets as well. Works perfectly and is a really nice addition. Please note that all of our boats are custom made for each client so we are able to accomodate a lot of special requests.
@@2bitrasputin793 The big Incat ferryboats will run over 40knots with quad 10,000hp diesels and waterjets. Or you could go with turbines. The 50ft turbine raceboats run 180-210mph depending on power. The Qatar raceboat that set a new propeller speed record of 244mph on a closed one mile course used twin 4000hp turbines.
Boat gets on plane quickly with the Duoprop drives. Remarkable that the boat's run angle is almost 0* at all times even in 2'-4' seas. A very good handling hull. They need to redesign that ugly windscreen that didn't block out the overspray very well either. I agree with him that the deck needs railings. The interior is excellent. More speed please!!
We are very happy with the hull - Actually the fastest 1414 Demon we built so far uses twin Mercury Racing V8s with 1100 HP each for a top speed of 67 knots. As we build the custom for every client we gladly change the windscreen for your personal Demon. We also designed a very nice deck railing but nobody ever orders it..
Why would you name such a beautiful vessel Demon? Would you name your daughter Demon? Something sublime should have an elegant name. Don't honor what is repulsive and evil.
Don't forget that our workforce of over 60 skilled boat builders, carpenters, electricians, engineers and so forth have a job in building these toys. Better rich people spend their money on toys other people build than letting their cash rot in the vault.

I’m interested only because of the Crew😂
I love that design
Best boat in the crew 2. Top the scoreboard every game.

What a beauty!
Perfect size, and actually not overly expensive, compared to other deep vee performance boats.
very nicely designed

Getting ready to place my order.
You can custom order 2 @ 1,100 HP engines for a top speed of 67 knots. :-)
The profile looks like a box-cutter. What a sexy boat.
The crew 2
Maurizio - if you are planning to retire soon give me a call. I'll gladly take over the helm! :)
I LOVE IT!!!
Dear sir. If you were to have one out of all the boats you have test driven. What would it be?
just wow

Is it better with the volvo penta or the Marcruser.

Stunning boat. I wonder if they would build a flybridge boat how stunning would that look like
Ew
We don't build flybridge boats because we don't think we can make them look good. :-)
What sorcery is this?!? How did they make so much room on the inside of such a small boat?
It only looks small. In fact its not small at all.
Beautiful location!
What do you do when it rains?
Park and go below to check on your gurl
Quite impressive, but at such a price range I'll probably go for some of the Riva rivals...
This guy always seems amazed when a boat goes 45 mph.
The Valejo Ferry (catamaran) on San Francisco Bay does 40 knots. (If I remember correctly.)

Park your Koenigsegg next to this.
Park your Fiat multipla next to this
This vessel gives me a love/hate relationship
I NEED THIS!! 800.000€?? Completely worth the money... Give it to me.pls
Yea but if had that money I would spend it for a bigger one, probably an azimut
800000 euros for a one cabin boat?!
:O 1.4 MIllions dollars, FOR A TWO-SEAT Car ?? ;)
I've seen SMALLER boats that cost more! :D
But yep, that's a looooot of money for a tiny boat.
mafelt50 It’s a fucking boat, not a bugatti
@@MMAoracle Not a "fucking boat".. It's called Frauscher
100 K for the boat and a financial penalty for being so stupid to buy this makes 800 K at the end.

Agrreed... i wont buy it just because of the name
Give her a better name, like Angel.

Great looking boat but it's not a Riva.
Beautiful yacht but isn't worth 800 000 euros
blue eyed vegan More like half of it
@@jeroen2528 its a Frauscher
Lol it should be named angel, demon just throws it off.
Ridiculous price! I will buy a nice villa!
Mexican Flag? 0:31
Maybe this boat belonged to el chapo? I'm pretty sure he could afford this overpriced vessel. 😆
More toys for the uber elites. Oh the joy. /s

Yes, this is a toy of the uber elite, but I don't really want to watch a video on TH-cam about a Nissan Micra or the best value kettle.
Wheres the comment that points out how many africans you could feed for that money?
Noce boat!
Udarni Radnik so true but yes thing thing is a work of art
Spoken like a true demon child of a colonizer. At least you're trying really hard with this fake account.
Excellent Drug and Clandestine Trade Clipper might even enrich the Arms - Trading - Fleet of Tony - Blair .....
Too expensive.

Ugly container. Waste of a 14 boat. Bad design
