Dian Adams exposing your toothbrush to the open air in your bathroom is very very unsanitary.....I keep my toothbrush wrapped up with a washcloth and away from the open air....when you flush the toilet tiny unseen particles of water rise into the air and can stay there for as long as 10 hours.....anything you put into your mouth should be protected from these bacteria that float ....you are unable to see them but you can imagine what kind of germs you will gather if you leave your toothbrush to collect this falling bacteria.....information from an in-service at the hospital........

My hack is the how to save a burn pan. it's funny to see what you thought of, and someone else thought of it to. it really does work, but the pan has to be fresh off the stove burnt (dump content out first). then put dish soap in the hot pan, then add water and put a lid on it (lid works better) and let sit for 2-3 hours, then lightly scrub clean.

I cleaned the toilet in our rental apartment that hadn't been cleaned properly for years by the tenants before us and it was brown, I couldn't figure out how they got their bond back. I emptied a whole two litres bottle of coke and a half a box of bi carb soda into the toilet and left it the night. The toilet was white again the next morning !. It works!.
