    It was empty before MCO la. After MCO also still like that - many many key tenants left already. For example used to have Daiso, Uniqlo, ACE Hardware, Secret Recipe, Oliver (rather expensive place to buy grocery) ..........
    What you see now is the RECOVERED (sort of) state, with Mr DIY, GSC and recently NSK Grocer. Also Kafe Ruuma is good addition.
    That aside on the outside near the commercial area, makan places like Power Plant those are happening on Friday nights especially.

      Yes, there are also restaurants and pubs (can't remember their names) which are part of the commercial building adjacent to 3'Dsara. Was Atria (supermarket) in Damansara Jaya mentioned in the video?

      @@a_sentimental_guy Atria was not mentioned, to what I remember. Kinda surprised, that mall is ..... Quite dead also la but considered nearby.

      @@iherng actually la, 3 Damansara is retiree mall. You go day time is mostly old people walking around doing grocery, meeting one another. People from Dsara Intan and other commercial area may come over for a bit of makan. 3 Damansara is upgrading though, walk around the basement and you see some big names coming in.
      Upper floors still empty.
      This mall got potential one, at least they have more frequent events now, it's held at the center court.

    This site used to be an abandoned building structure, probably only car park built and I’m not sure what was the building plan for. This wasn’t very noticeable and not many people knew about it

    I find this weird cos the area next to it is SS2 address. saying its DJ is a bit misleading

      Well since we exactly know the location it’s absolutely fine. We can always ask for the site plan to indicate the address and most of the time it’s just a line away.

    I really applaud the fascination of developers in building malls in PJ/Damansara.. let's put them in categories like this Tier 1 One Utama...memang cant compete.. too good already, even on weekdays the crowd is crazy. Tier 2 (70% occupancy) Starling, Atria, Paradigm (It feels to me they are barely holding on, most shops other than popular eateries don't last more than 2/3 years) Tier 3 (

      Most probably the Tier 2 or Tier 3 malls have replace the shoplot concept. You don't see new shoplots unless it is far away from klang valley, for example Puncak Alam.

    My Airbnb business at Tropics is good and after seeing your review may not pose much of threat to me due to the limited parking there and small sizes at this place. Actually subscales you can get deals of 430k+ sometimes at Tropics

      I was informed that the land where the Mate is now located was part of 3 D'sara (Tropicana City Mall) and was originally intended to be it's car park. Those who knew never expected to see the land being developed to accommodate a residential/commercial block.

    What a MAD price for a project with no identity. For this location next to a dying mall which is really quite a shame. Foresee them throwing silly discounts for this size if still unsold after VP.

      They are left with very limited units only so I don't think that's gonna happen. But may if you want silly discounts, you can try the other similar project down the road haha;)

    OCR one of worst developer...cancel booking they not only delay to pay somemore minus booking as service charge..dunno what kind of service they provided.

      Erm, can you specify how long they returned? Who did you book via? An agent or directly with the developer? Then technically when you sign the form to make payment, usually it's written within the agreement than administration fees will be charged if the cancellation is made without reasoning.
      That's the usual practice to avoid people that just play play go and book. Let me know yea;)

      @iherng was in their showroom couple yrs back for the same proj. Developer are the one keep pushing potential buyers to quickly book to secure unit and with all the marketing gimmicks, luckily realized that is not really a good deal. If they are confident their project can sell why need to resort to such service charge ? Service charge is when you provide a consumer a service which is not in this case.

      They took easily 3mths to 5mths with my constant chasing otherwise it will hv been longer. And my deposit was 3K and they deduct 500 as service charge...utterly crazy.

    The address is Jalan SS 2/113, SS 2, 47300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor all simply wanna label Damansara Jaya lols

      The Location is in SS20. 47400.
      Not SS2, but just beside of it.
