Awww, they are all nice, but the last place was so darn cute I fell in love, the decor was so Mexico… I could definitely live there… Thanks for sharing….
Hi Amanda, just watched the video. If you are driving from Jocotepec to Costco you don't have to go all the way to Galerias. There's a Costco close to Punto Sur on Lopez Mateo. Also you have Galerias Santa Anita and Punto Sur for Shopping.
Yes, that's correct, thank you! I'm really just using Costco as a reference to distance to Guadalajara and Galerias is my favorite area to visit when I need to get some things. But yes, all good points! :)
Nice to see a variety of price points and locations. FYI: For the first 3 listings, the voiceover stats don't match what is shown on the screen (sometimes slightly off, sometimes very different).
Yes, sorry about that! I was in the middle of training someone to help with editing and it all got wacky. Trust the images, those are the true numbers.
As far as I know there aren't any issues with water in Ixtlahuacan. Most of the town is on municipal water, and some gated communities will be on wells.
I don’t think Trump or the next Democratic choice can keep lake Chapala from drying up. It’s going to dry up and that will be the end of that area. I hope I’m wrong. I’ve never been there, but everyone I know that has, all loved it. Say it’s one of the most beautiful places they have ever seen.
@@j.j.salazar595 we had a drought last year, but the lake is not drying up. It's starting to come back to its previous level prior to the drought, since we've had a great rainy season so far.
No I love it .But don't forget get.its not any cheaper to buy in Mexico. Then the US. Anymore. But I would rather live in Mexico than the United States.
You want me to buy a house in Mexico, because there is a caaaffe, doonanats ? Small house, no yards , prices are going upper Cha cha Aoooy cha cha ! Nooo Thanks Maga

What brought to out to this area of Mexico? Why did you choose it over a place like San Carlos, Oaxaca or wherever?
I chose this area for the weather, greenery, mountains, lake, airport and major city next door. :)
We really liked the last one, but that HOA fee! Do they have a pool?? Love your videos!
I think she said $800 per year, so $67 per month.
Hi Diana! No, they do not have a pool. HOA is about $70 usd a month.
Last house for me however, what’s the situation with dogs/animals please?🎉
It's a very small community, so I'm going to assume they allow small pets only. Small dogs or cats, and most likely no more than 2 of each.

Is that last little house still available?
Yes it is! Email if you'd like to go take a look. therealamandaturner@gmail.com

Hi! We love your videos, do you handle rentals?
Hi! I am only in sales but it is very easy to find rentals here. There are plenty of Facebook groups. Being on foot is even easier.
I want to live in the country, do you have any?
#4 for the winner. I could learn to like living with my husband in this house. 😂
😂😂😂
Can you clarify on what you meant about the coming US elections causing you to be very busy in Mexico.
If Trump wins..and he probably will , lots of people will want out. My opinion.
Every election in the US and Canada brings more people down here. It also causes some to go back. So this will create a good real estate market.

Depends where in US in relation to where in Mexico.
Very true.
That’s kind of a silly statement, considering how large the two countries are.
Property taxes and insurance are much lower.
@@therealamandaturnerHow much is the property tax in Mexico? Do they adjust it on an annual basis?
