An agent told me (St Louis) Dellwood’s municipality has cracked down on rentals. When I called the municipality they said that they don’t allow renters if there are more than 30% renters on the street, they said my street has 54%. They said if they found out if there was a new rental there would be consequences. Does anyone know how to deal with this?

You have to find a tenant with a voucher and submit the paperwork to the housing authority.
I remember you saying that you can get a loan to buy a house, even if you have no job, in one of your videos. You were saying that they take higher interest rates and look at the potential of the property not really your salary. What's that loan called?

There are certain neighborhoods in every city that are good, and some that are bad. I try to invest in the good ones. For instance, Baltimore has some really good neighborhoods and really bad ones as well.

Property management makes it convenient to invest out of state, but I feel like they overcharge.

Im a newer sectiom 8 investor in Birmingham Al. My issue has been the time its been taking section 8 to get inspections done and tenants moved in. My last one took over 6 months. Do you see this approving anytime soon ?
Unfortunately, this is one of the disadvantages of section 8. Housing Authorities around the country are backed up for some reason. The longest it took me was 2 1/2months. 6 months is insane.
How has it been going with that place in Birmingham? Were you able to find one in a decent part of that town?

Actually we’re helping low income families by renting to voucher holders who are constantly being discriminated against by landlords who refuse to rent to them. Exactly what are you doing to help people in this economy? If it’s nothing, then stfu.
