Great question! While it's true that Section 8 tenants typically do not provide security deposits, landlords can request reimbursement for damages when a tenant moves out, particularly if you continue to rent to Section 8 tenants. The Housing Authority may cover repair costs if proper documentation and proof of damage are provided. This can help mitigate the financial impact of any necessary repairs.
Yes, there are grants available for building on property or lots. For example, Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) from HUD can support construction projects, and USDA Rural Development Grants are available for rural areas. Additionally, local and state programs may offer home improvement grants for residential construction. Always check with local government agencies or grant databases for current opportunities that fit your project's needs.
Best market is UK Assisted living... No approval, no cost to refurb, gov places tenants and guaranteed rent for 25yrs from the government. 10% net growth....
@@CorollaProsperity bad advice !!! There’s a lot of working single moms, elderly that are great tenants .. they stay and won’t damage the property cause they need their benefits !!! U just have to do your homework instead of being greedy before they sign that lease.

No security deposits … but don’t they cut u a check to fix the property when they move out, especially if you’re taking another S8 tenant ?

You're Welcome!😃
Can you pick your tenant?
How does one advertise to them? How do you select without being discriminatory?!? I realize that these two words mean the same thing. 😂
People pay the security out of pocket ive always got it up .
Hey do you offer Mentorship?
FYI - by law you are only legally aloud to charge 1.5% of rent for security deposit.
