Ubi is sleeping if they remastered wildlands and added first-person mode and ray tracing with adaptive triggers they would have a best seller for sure...
Dude, this mod is actually such a game changer, it's unbelievable. This video is great with some Tier 1 gameplay. I was fully immersed into everything. Got me itching to play WL again. Would love to see a Breakpoint FPS mod too.
If the game was made like this from the beginning I would have bought it. It feels more tactical than third person can ever be. On a side note, I have a weird feeling that the mil-sim and extraction shooter genres will be a huge market down the line. Just dont half ass it like COD did with DMZ.
this whole game shoulda been first person the ammount of times i've been shot through a door because i couldnt see an enemy right in front of my characters eyes is in no way realistic. they created a control scheme for cover based shooting, but they shouldhave made this game feel more like a realistic far-cry.
I love your vid. 3:06 Can I have this rifle's name and what camo is? Also, these guns and explosions sound a little different from my Wildlands. Something like little muffed... Is there any weapon sound MOD for this game? I couldn't find it.
The rifle is the AK-74M and the camo I believe is called Torn Desert? It's Torn - something and both are from the orange and green ghost crates from what I remember. The explosion sounds though I'm not sure, could just be a TH-cam audio thing there's no sound mods that I know of for wildlands. Hope this helps! :)

yea its already in the game, this is not a camera thing in this game at all! it has the aim down sight first and third person react to the same crosshair in game so it works fine!
Im not a fan of BR but I feel like they really missed an opportunity with this game. And seeing it now in 1st Person would have looks like even more of a missed opportunity. Trying to run this game with 100 players would probably be a nightmare though

This game would've been amazing in full first person perspective. If there's one thing Ubisoft does well, it's environments. Bolivia is spectacular

the dialogue amongst the fireteam members in this game is superb, one thing that breakpoint is missing

Break Point missing lots of thing after this beautifully crafted game, even character animations lame in that game
Clothing is kinda cool in Break Point and I think it beats Wildlands in only that 🤔

There's a couple of flaws, but it looks awesome overall. More games should offer third and first person modes.
It's crazy how well this game translates into first person, I've heard it may have been originally designed as an FPS but who knows!
