Arvin, I think you have a lot of really interesting content to share, but man, your videos are hard to watch. Half of your video time is just noise. Your videos are 2 to 5 minutes long, we don't need to hear every time that you're Arvin Haddad the real estate agent by night or whatever. Not only is this annoying for the viewer, but I would be my last dollar that you are deranking your channel because you're making poeple skip around your videos all the time. The youtube algorithm is not going to promote a channel with videos that people aren't watching end to end. You've got really unique content and this channel could be huge. There are loads of people on youtube who show real estate, but you're the only guy who is criticizing real estate instead of selling it, and people want to see that. Please consider cutting all the junk, at least until you grow your channel. How much can mark cohen the lender possibly be paying you for advertising space on these 200-view videos? There's no way it's worth the risk of people dropping off from your videos. Also, I beg you, please consider dropping the gen-z sound effects for youtube. It probably makes sense for tiktok where everyone has adhd, but it's super out of place for long form videos. Sharing this because I can tell you care about this channel, and I feel there's loads of untapped potential here if you just make your videos easier to watch. edit - btw segway should be spelled segue. 4:08
