Totally helped me hook up my UX2 to my MacBook Pro after I downloaded OS BigSur. Restarted it and the red flashing lights went to full yellow gauges. I’m one happy camper now. Thanks for taking the time to share this with everyone!

Yes! I'm using a Macbook with M1 and this worked for me as well, thank you :) For those who has a later Mac OS version than Catalina, just know that the UI for the Privacy & Security looks slightly different but you have to essentially do the same thing under the Security subtitle on the Privacy & Security menu
I wonder if this will fix the problem with Big Sur. My interface powers up the yellow lights. It plays very well in pod farm 2 but will not send a signal from pod farm to my Mac/DAW. Plays back music great and even from the internet I can play music through my interface out my monitor. But for some reason I can’t send a signal from pod farm 😕
By any chance do you get any drop outs or cracking sounds when playing back from your daw? I use Logic and I have played around with the buffering but no luck
Do you think you could make a step by step video from the complete beginning when you buy the toneport? Im struggling to make it work and dont know if I did everything right.

First, thank you for the video and being one of those rare angels that contributes useful information to the internet! I am using a POD HD500, which is on that last of the 7.6.8 Driver Update. When I unlock the Security & Privacy, you mentioned a box appears showing your item to then click allow. However, I am not getting a box showing my item. My USB apparently is not talking to my MacBookPro at all using Catalina. Any advice would be much appreciated.
I have a question. Before installing the correct driver, did your pod at least power on? Mine won’t even power on when I plug the usb cable into my MacBook Pro. Thanks for your help

I'll give this a shot I'm using current version of GB and can't seem to get ore than 3 sounds working in my GX Study for Podfarm 2 thank bro!

Also it's not the USB cable, because under System Report>USB you can the POD HD500 is listed.

Yes it should flash red lights back & forth but no yellow light on like it should when its working
