Huge huge thanks again from a Japanese go fan to you, Michael, as always. I have already commented elsewhere but I personally feel you were more irreplaceable than Lee Sedol himself in AG-Sedol Challenge Match. Nobody but you could communicate the excitement of the series to the Western world in the aesthetic-most English and the clearest logical-most explanations.
Thank you Michael Redmond 9p and Chris Garlock for the series! I enjoyed the games very much. Michael's dedication to understand the moves and to explain the variations was captivating and really ignited my passion for go again. Keep up the good work!
This series just is amazing, showing the most important shift in go history, players getting aware of the better way of playing the opening. Thank you two for explaining and entertaining, very much appreciated!
I think I watched like more then half of all 60 episodes, thx for being a way for people that speak English access Go. Looking forward to your next series on AlphaGo/Zero/Master etc.
Thank you so much for this excellent series! I’m glad you got through it, but I hope to see more stuff from you two in this format. I think you found a good level of detail and length. Greetings from Sweden.
I had the impression that Master was "thick" at least in comparison with AG Zero. However, in this game, black looks very thick at around 9:20. I feel much more empathy with LeelaZero's pushing on the left hand side as white 8:05. It is very puzzling for me how Master has sacrificed the center cutting stones...
Black’s opening looks like the kind of opening that normally destroys AI - nothing pre-alpha Go would do anything other than collapse and it still works well against a modern AI limited to running on an iPad. Of course it doesn’t fool this particular AI.
I am confused, how come some of the comments here were written a couple of weeks ago, while this video was only released here today? In any case, many thanks to Michael, Chris, and Stephen for making this series. I would like to find out when will the "book" become available? or, if the book is already published, where can I buy it? I did a quick google search but did not find the book. Thanks.
I think that people on Micheal's Patreon get early acccess to his videos. the link to his Patreon is at the bottom of his channel about page. th-cam.com/channels/RJyagla1B5cxIfR4i2LdgA.htmlabout

Great series! I didn’t watch all the episodes, but I just saw that this was the last episode and I had to watch.

Thank you for the amazing series!
The post game talk is my favorite part of this series.
Where are these books that you speak of on AlphaGo? 2 Volumes?

I hope in the book Norm Macdonald gets credit for "the WORLD"
