I didn't think the amount of respect I had for Rae could go any higher, but hearing her ensure her staff that they'll always be taken care of by her was it. Absolutely unreal levels of kindness and empathy.
It'd make me want to work for her, honestly. Most corporate companies do the bare minimum and act as if they've pulled you out of slavery and cleaned you up, and you owe them your life.
Exactly why it's respectable because she actually does what a good employer is supposed to. While the majority of employers only see their staff as either numbers or disposable.
I kind of wish they would have enforced her more…. It kind of shows big head, IMO, she kept saying to Sampson, “I PAY HIM REALLY WELL” she at least said it 4 times. No need for that
rae should be proud, i don't think there is anything as fulfilling as having multiple people speak endlessly well of you, it's rare for people to have that
I like not chopping the episode down to 1 hour if the conversation calls for it. Some of these topics were super deep and needed time to breathe. Very good episode.
I love how Lisa got distracted while tracing the pillow a few times totally something I would do 😂❤ while Rae and Samson talked yet still paying attention
as a ADHD girlie i laughed so hard because i relate so much to her doing that 😂 my ADHD is also the reason i noticed her doing it right away i love her so much
i can see why Rae loves her team. they all have the same work ethic as her! watching this was so inspiring. all three of them are where they are because they are such hard workers! this is my favorite pod episode!
mauricio and samson are giving me hope for men 😂 honestly it’s so refreshing to see truly genuine people getting to work together and have such a safe and friendly space this is such a beautiful team i’m so glad they found each other and rae and lisa are the fucking blueprint if only there were more people like all of you ❤ also everyone’s style is sick 🔥
I think for regular Episodes 1hr long and for guest interviews 2hrs would be ideal as there is so much to talk about. Great job on the episode guys it was a nice and insightful look into everyone's lore! Thank you for being so candid.
*edit I was not expecting the group cry 5 mins later 😂* Wait why am I getting emotional ~1:27:00 when Mauricio gives Rae her flowers. Following Rae for years now and watching all of this development from not only marche, but Samson and Emily as well. It’s so fckn beautiful man 😢 Continues to speak volumes on Rae’s impact and humility.
everyone in this pod is really so wholesome like seriously I teared up when rae started crying. that's my w streamer!!! and Lisa even after being sick. seriously so cute
This is such an amazing episode! If more bosses were like Rae, businesses would thrive so much and employees wouldn't be so stressed and worried all the time that they are despensible. Working wouldn't feel like work and life would be fun again! Rae HQ looks like such a vibe where you work hard and play harder!
Ngl alythuh is soooooo unbelievably funny. like at the end her comment was so funny. im always in the better mood when i watch the podcast. hands down one of my fav. podcast ever watched. PLEASE NEVER STOP!
A good leader raises people up, helping them to be their best and to achieve their full potential: -Invests in people: Great leaders focus on recruiting, leading, and investing in their people. -Empowers others: They practice servant leadership, helping people grow holistically and work in their strengths and passions. -Creates a safe space: They create a space where employees can be authentic and feel comfortable. -Motivates employees: They understand that people are different and take the time to get to know their team members. -Sets a good example: They inspire others by being a role model. -Establishes hope: They provide a sense of purpose and instill optimism in the team. -Reinforces values: They bring the values of the organization to life in day-to-day interactions. -Is compassionate: They act on what they learn and take meaningful action on the information shared with them. -Has integrity: They stick to their values and principles even when the decision is tough. and this shows in the video. a thriving and supportive team in which those members also pay it back to their teams. You are all amazing and deserve all the success.
One of the best episodes so far. So wholesome, genuine, and respective on everyone's part. It just goes to show how much loyalty and trust everyone on the team has in each other, and in Rae
I'm so impressed with Emily's journey and how much she has done. Please get her the funding to put Huego out and make it big! An educational app like that would be so significant!
That “dry heaving” that Benny was doing is actually called reverse sneezing and it’s not painful or anything, just uncomfortable for them and you can help stop it by just taking your finger and covering one of his nostrils while keeping his mouth closed for a couple minutes to correct his breathing 🙏🏻🙏🏻 I have a small shih tzu-yorkie and he does the same thing often.
I enjoy this entire team speaking so comfortably about their abilities, expressing confidently what they're good at, without either coming across as arrogant or insecure. They also don't seem shy to speak of their strengths. It feels healthy.
It’s crazy to think that we only see the superficial part of Rae being a smart businesswoman and always the face of everything that we forget how much was going on behind the scenes and it’s not all her doing it and how many people she’s giving jobs and helping them survive at life. ♥️♥️♥️
Ok girls I've been crying with you the past 3 episodes T^T I can't do this anymore. I love this podcast and you all so much and I appreciate the realness and authenticity! You guys are all incredible
BANGER EPISODE!! FIRST OFF, Rae and Lisa's fits were FIRE!! SECOND OFF, I was not expecting to cry during this episode. THIRD OFF, as someone who has been watching and following Rae since 2017, listening to this episode and hearing such high praise for Rae from her team just reiterates what I already knew in that Rae is such a kind, caring, empathetic, and genuine person. Rae, and Lisa, you are such an inspiration and role model to so many people. I know this podcast is mainly for the girlies, but as a man I have absolutely loved this podcast so much. It has helped me so so much in understanding more about what women go through on a daily basis and it has helped me (as someone who is very empathetic) become even more empathetic towards what women have to go through in this world. Rae and Lisa, hearing the stories you both have gone through in your lives breaks my heart since you are both such incredible women who deserve everything you have both worked to achieve. This podcast has truly become something I look forward to it every week.
some of my friends and i had chatted with emily for a lil bit at twitchcon this past year during one of rae's impromptu meet and greet lines and she was so kind and amazing! she had to make the decision to cut the line after us because rae had somewhere to be and the amount of people giving her shit about it was insane but it was inspiring to me to see how great she is at her job. i loved this episode and getting to learn so much more about some of the people on rae's team and how genuine and talented they are.
Don't know if you'll read this but just hear to say that as someone who didn't go to college and now trying to navigate life in the social media space, you have no idea how much anxiety this episode of the podcast helped relieve. Thank you for not only being a light, but also being someone that's open enough to share that light with others. Hearing these stories today made me confident that everything is going to be ok at the end of the day. Hope you achieve longevity in all of your pursuits always Press ESC team
dude, i think this was one of the most genuinely inspiring video ive ever seen. like just seeing how these people went from struggling and working through it, to establishing themselves. its amazing. the feeling of even if u work hard, your success is not guaranteed, that feeling really is going away while watching this. I want to say a huge thanks to the whole team, this was the best thing ever. i didn't know i needed this untill i watched it.
Love getting to hear the stories from the people behind the scenes and what led up to meeting Rae was so cool!! Hope for more success and continued positivity to the team in the future👏👏
Rae is seriously one of the best people in the world. She is genuine and love how she goes above and beyond for her family and friends. Ever since I watched her during covid, she was someone I related to and agreed on certain ideas, which of course makes me wanna be her friend! But not trying to be parasocial here cuz I know where I stand lol. She may not want to be put on a pedestal but she has one in my heart. High respect for Rae.
I’m only at the part about Huego right now and I’m literally crying. If i had something like that growing up, i think I’d feel more secure about my own feelings/reactions. Emily is such a beautiful and caring soul 🤍
Awwww, i saw the title (and thumbnail) of this newest episode of your podcast show PressESC, and man Valkyrae and Alythuh, it's truly soo sweet and nice to see many employees talking soo nice about you, as you honorary guests, it's truly such a lovely episode and you gals are truly such a great podcast talkers 🤩😍😻✨💕❣️💞💫🤗☺️📼📹🎧🎚️🎛️🎙️🥲☀️🌼🌻
i love this episode, getting to know the people behind the scenes in rae's career is amazing! i would love to see the same with alythuh and meet the people who works behind the scenes for her and her company; explore more of the alythuh lore!
Rae is such an amazing person and it warms my heart hearing all the others speak well of her. She really deserves all the good that comes her way! And it's so nice to see that they all have each others back and care so much about each other. Truly a good group of friends working together. Keep being amazing everyone! ❤
Hearing Emily’s experience with not knowing if she actually wanted that college career & the health scare resonated a lot with me, been through a similar experience and just now switch my major to something i actually love ❤
I loved it also cos as a viewer i feel like im building connection with the whole team and it make me feel so loyal to the team CAN'T WAIT FOR THE TRAVEL POD !!!
Rae never realises how many lives she has changed for the better. she will always talks sooo low about herself while people who close to her talks soooo highly of her. even us as people who just watched her through the screen talks so highly of her. she should be proud of herself more!!!!
I love that this episode happened I relate to Emily, changing your dream from something you were dead set on at an early age I relate to Samson, just being passionate with editing & having TH-cam as your teacher I relate to Mauricio, having impostor syndrome as opposed to those who had formal education on what you're doing Thank you Rae, been a fan for over 4 years and this just resonates so much that it's the first or second time I've commented just to let you all know. You and every one in your team are an inspiration and we have this podcast to thank for letting these stories come out
This truly is a dream team. So many companies and bosses want to lock their employees in but you can see Rae truly respects everyone's ideas and is giving them room to grow or leave if they want to. What most companies and bosses don't realize is that is exactly what will make an employee stay. Great job Valkyrae and team for giving us such great content!
I love the direction this podcast is going!! Its so refreshing to see new faces and hearing their stories. Im all for rae's friends- like leslie, miyoung etc to guest on the podcast but it would have felt like just another stream.
by far my favorite episode so far. just all so helpful and comforting. i am a video editor myself and been questioning my career a lot recently, i really relate to samson how it takes absolute ages to be good at what we do so it's really important to fucking LOVE what we do. i think what i am having a hard time at the moment is also loving who i am working for, and to even see so much love that rae gets from her employees is amazing. it's so refreshing and it feels hopeful to see such a close knitted employer and employee relationship where they just help eachother because they actually fucking care for each other. this has been so insightful for me and have given me something to strive towards. i love you guys
This is quickly becoming one of my fav Podcasts of all time. Genuine smile on my face at the end. I hope you guys keep making this for a long time to come.
I could feel myself tear up when each of the crew members told their stories and their gratitude towards Rae. We need more people like Rae and Lisa in this world❤❤
When he talked about anxiety making you feel chased… that’s was so insanely relatable. I’ve suffered so bad starting at the age of 13 till not long ago, just suffering so so bad. Feeling like I’m rotting inside but I kept fighting for what I want in school. The degrees I wanted to achieve. Currently doing my bachelor in mediadesign and in the past 2 years I’ve just been breathing and existing trying to better myself, my health my hair, skin,…. I haven’t progressed with my animation skills very much but it’s just cause I finally got out of school and was able to breathe. I‘m explaining this so badly but lately I’ve been feeling more and more inspired to get back on track and do what I love and am passionate about besides my bachelor. Hearing you guys, the way things went for you, how it was bad for you too and just all the relatable things… that helps so much. Idk how to explain. Thank you for sharing and making me feel more normal with the chaos in my life and head. You all talking about this has a impact on me. I just really want to say thank you❤️ you guys do so much more than you might be able to comprehend because you make so many peoples life’s so much better just by talking about these things. It’s insane. Thanks.
God Emily gives me hope that I can someday work in the industry so long as I work hard enough. Also, 40:24 Rae is absolutely not just a face, she’s a person, a person we recognize as being real and support unconditionally as a result EDIT holy fuck this editor guy is crazy good too mapping the editing program to WASD is crazy EDIT EDIT This entire team is stacked. The level of talent is crazy, now they just need to get Rae and the other host to Silver
I dont normally post but to hear the Lisa being on the spectrum part I did not expect, The whole team is great and being on the spectrum the lisa part connection is a whole new level
Just proves Rae is an absolute W human and so, so worthy of every single kind thing ever said about her. I've known that since I found your stream when you signed to 100 Thieves. Super jelly of the people in your life that actually get to know you and experience your light 🖤
This is so enlightening. Seeing all their different perspectives and how much they love working for Rae is so cool to see. I got all teary eyed at work listening in. I also love marche’s story. I look forward to what you all create with this pod and other endeavors!!
This was phenomenal guys! Love seeing the team and learning more about them. One thing I really loved is while Emily, Samson and Marche were talking Rae just looked at them like a proud mama, it was so sweet. Also she made me cry lol
This was so cool to watch ... Especially being a techie myself it felt very relatable and comforting watching them talk abt their struggles and experiences.... I have recently been following syanne (sorry if I butchered the spelling) and love her work... it would be great to have her and Rae's lore too.
wow this was such an interesting and awesome episode! i love all the topics brought up, and loved hearing all the backstories of the team. you guys are all so talented! p.s. i love lisa because i also know nothing about league and relate so hard 😭
I hope you feel better alythuh! I know this was a lot of lore dump, but I think it wouldve been also nice hear what their first impression of alyssa as well! Regardless, I think this was such a nice peak into what goes on behind the scene and also context on how the team is formed.
Does Samson do the audio production of your videos as well? I think that’s something soooo underrated with these podcasts and visual fx editors. Sound design brings so much life to the videos and Samson does it soooo well. As an indie audio producer I appreciate it so much when the mic levels are balanced or when the audio transitions are smooth as fk. So thank you Samson for being a great human being! Such an inspiration! ❤🎉
You doesn't know how much I've been crying with this episode. You are an amazing team and family and whatever you would like to do in the future would be fantastic. Love u all you guys ❤❤❤❤
OMG OMG OMGGGGG WITH EVERY EPISODE I FALL MORE AND MORE IN LOVE WITH RACHEL! LISA IM FOREVER OBSESSED WITH....THESE TWO WOMEN ARE SO FREAKING AMAZING AHHH
I loved this episode, and the dynamic and heart felt conversation. Only I wish is if they could've gotten their own dedicated episode for each one to have a real deep dive but that just me talking. But I love the press Ecs family.❤❤
I didn't think the amount of respect I had for Rae could go any higher, but hearing her ensure her staff that they'll always be taken care of by her was it. Absolutely unreal levels of kindness and empathy.
100%
It'd make me want to work for her, honestly. Most corporate companies do the bare minimum and act as if they've pulled you out of slavery and cleaned you up, and you owe them your life.
That's sort of her responsibility as an employer. She has great wealth, she really has no excuse not to be an excellent employer.
No need for that
rae should be proud, i don't think there is anything as fulfilling as having multiple people speak endlessly well of you, it's rare for people to have that
exactly!
I like not chopping the episode down to 1 hour if the conversation calls for it. Some of these topics were super deep and needed time to breathe. Very good episode.
I’m not even an editor but I would 100% watch those “Samson does your visual effects” streams
Having so many vouches from people that work for you, is a testiment to how great she is as a creator
I love how Lisa got distracted while tracing the pillow a few times totally something I would do 😂❤ while Rae and Samson talked yet still paying attention
as a ADHD girlie i laughed so hard because i relate so much to her doing that 😂 my ADHD is also the reason i noticed her doing it right away i love her so much
Lmao and Rae endlessly pick off all the fur
i can see why Rae loves her team. they all have the same work ethic as her! watching this was so inspiring. all three of them are where they are because they are such hard workers! this is my favorite pod episode!
Thats so true!
i hope rae's studio makes huego real, it seems like a super cool and wholesome idea and it would sell very well, great IP imo
YES if emily agrees, i think they 100% should make this an official game
Yeah and it could be sold/licensed to educational/psychological institutions as well as being a traditionaly sold game
Im sure videogamedunkey could help with his game publishing company.
mauricio and samson are giving me hope for men 😂 honestly it’s so refreshing to see truly genuine people getting to work together and have such a safe and friendly space this is such a beautiful team i’m so glad they found each other and rae and lisa are the fucking blueprint if only there were more people like all of you ❤ also everyone’s style is sick 🔥
I think for regular Episodes 1hr long and for guest interviews 2hrs would be ideal as there is so much to talk about.
Great job on the episode guys it was a nice and insightful look into everyone's lore! Thank you for being so candid.
Agreed
My respect for rae was already high but hearing how well she treats her people dang my respect for just went out of this world
*edit I was not expecting the group cry 5 mins later 😂*
Wait why am I getting emotional ~1:27:00 when Mauricio gives Rae her flowers. Following Rae for years now and watching all of this development from not only marche, but Samson and Emily as well. It’s so fckn beautiful man 😢
Continues to speak volumes on Rae’s impact and humility.
everyone in this pod is really so wholesome like seriously I teared up when rae started crying. that's my w streamer!!! and Lisa even after being sick. seriously so cute
1:33:03 when the three just started to tear up makes me so emotional no lie 😭💔
This is such an amazing episode! If more bosses were like Rae, businesses would thrive so much and employees wouldn't be so stressed and worried all the time that they are despensible. Working wouldn't feel like work and life would be fun again! Rae HQ looks like such a vibe where you work hard and play harder!
I would sit straight up in bed as soon as the alarm goes in the morning, if I had a boss like her
Ngl alythuh is soooooo unbelievably funny. like at the end her comment was so funny. im always in the better mood when i watch the podcast. hands down one of my fav. podcast ever watched. PLEASE NEVER STOP!

well said bro
Facts.
As a full grown human... I need this Hugo game in my life 😅 That's an amazing concept and I am baffled at Emily's brain. She's incredible!
Been watching Rae for 5 years and this episode reminded me why! Such a huge heart and personality!
One of the best episodes so far. So wholesome, genuine, and respective on everyone's part. It just goes to show how much loyalty and trust everyone on the team has in each other, and in Rae
as a fear& lover it was so nice hearing marche talk about his experience!
Rae just looks like a proud mama, the way she looks at Samson and Amanda
I’m glad Marche finally exposed Rae on this podcast episode!! It was about time some1 did it, and really show the world who Rae really is!! /j😳🤭👏
Such a wholesome episode and it was great hearing how they all came to be working together and how similar it all actually was and ended up.
Jesus Christ, every single one of them is amazing, just have that hardcore drive to work hard. I'm so impressed
W press esc team W valkyteam
Rae assembles the best teams out here
Ok girls I've been crying with you the past 3 episodes T^T I can't do this anymore. I love this podcast and you all so much and I appreciate the realness and authenticity! You guys are all incredible
When Emily was talking I thought it was a really obnoxious motorcyclist revving their engine, turns out it was just Benny😅😂🤣
Lisa following the circles in the devil fruit with her finger the whole episode was so relatable
When they started crying, even I started tearing up😢 they need to get a box of tissue for that coffee table!!
IT WAS GREAT GETTING TO KNOW THE TEAM!!! Had so much fun knowing their stories
Emily is a 10/10 she is so stunning
this was such a wholesome episode!! it was awesome seeing people who generally work behind the scenes talk about their experiences
I loved learning more about the team, all of them so talented and personable.
Samson that's relatable, I myself can't remember a single day where I didn't watch a YT video
Hearing the team talk about the same fears and anxieties I've been struggling with is honestly reassuring. Great choice of guests!
Emily should definitely get a team to help her redevelop that Hugo game. it could help alot of people
May Rae could help invest?
Love getting to hear the stories from the people behind the scenes and what led up to meeting Rae was so cool!! Hope for more success and continued positivity to the team in the future👏👏

Loved how wholesome this ep it is a roller coaster ride per ep. It's so interesting how compatible yall are with eachother 💖
emily is such a precious soul. i love the program Hugo it’s genius and so needed. i hope it fully comes about one day 💙
Rae never realises how many lives she has changed for the better. she will always talks sooo low about herself while people who close to her talks soooo highly of her.
even us as people who just watched her through the screen talks so highly of her.
she should be proud of herself more!!!!
I love that this episode happened
I relate to Emily, changing your dream from something you were dead set on at an early age
I relate to Samson, just being passionate with editing & having TH-cam as your teacher
I relate to Mauricio, having impostor syndrome as opposed to those who had formal education on what you're doing
Thank you Rae, been a fan for over 4 years and this just resonates so much that it's the first or second time I've commented just to let you all know. You and every one in your team are an inspiration and we have this podcast to thank for letting these stories come out

Thanks.
What an amazing episode!!! A team made up of such amazing talent!! All 5 of you make up such a variety of amazing talent. Loved the 2hr episode!!
One of my favourite episodes to date for this young podcast! Loved that the ones behind the scenes are able to share their experiences
God Emily gives me hope that I can someday work in the industry so long as I work hard enough. Also, 40:24
Rae is absolutely not just a face, she’s a person, a person we recognize as being real and support unconditionally as a result
EDIT holy fuck this editor guy is crazy good too mapping the editing program to WASD is crazy
EDIT EDIT This entire team is stacked. The level of talent is crazy, now they just need to get Rae and the other host to Silver
I love this duo and the team so much, and idk why but this ep makes me so emotional bro😭🩵
I look forward to what you all create with this pod and other endeavors!!
looooved the long episode!!!! really enjoyed hearing things from the team side, hearing how hard they all work is so inspiring
This was phenomenal guys! Love seeing the team and learning more about them. One thing I really loved is while Emily, Samson and Marche were talking Rae just looked at them like a proud mama, it was so sweet. Also she made me cry lol
loved this ep!! i love hearing more about their jobs and interest outside of work as well. so much talent and hard work condensed in one room lol
Amazing episode 10/10 loved it
Marche is a underground heavyweight goat. Speaks his feelings no f's given. That's that ♥️
Rae wearing the dommy mommy outfit 😔😔
Listening to this podcast motivates me to be the best me I can be. I just want to say thank you so much .❤
This was so cool to watch ...
Loveeee this podcast episode!!🫶 #OnSundaysWePressEsc
I bet alythuh would love the league music videos. Amazing music and the animations are so good
I hope you feel better alythuh!
This was one of your best episodes yet!!! Love it from beginning to end.
