ik it probably sucks rn but working out first thing in the morning is probably the best habit i ever set for myself. not only do i end up feeling more energized throughout the day but sometimes it’s easier to skip the gym if im going in during the day. if someone says “let’s hang out at 11” and i planned on going to the gym at 11 i’ll be like “let’s just skip. it’s a lot easier for me to not skip cause no one’s asking to hang out at 7am.
