- What’s up everyone! Thanks again for tuning in! The time has come for me to rebuild my splitter. This is version 3 of my splitter designs and I’m super happy with how it came out. Hopefully it’ll hold up for a while till I get better material to make the splitter brackets out of. Anyways hope y’all enjoy and feel free to comment with any questions.

Great job! I started on my third splitter last night, the first one ate a bunch of Armco at PITT-RACE, then second one has been on for a few seasons and it's time to retire it. While I'm waiting for paint to dry my self I found this video. Exactly how I've been doing it. Crazy what a sheet of ply wood does when you bolt it on to the bottom of a car!
Love the fact that you are modding/working on a 4 door. Subscribing.
Thanks for the DIY video 👍
2 years later and it definitely helped to see how you do it in your car.
Bro I so happy u made this video, I was thinking of doing my splitter, an now I Kno exactly what to do
So glad I this was able to help you out!
Looks good! I love the headlights. I wanna make some like that for my ej!
Go for it man!
I do use the Honed Developments splitter mount kit, and last trackday the anodized steel brackets bend slightly and the splitter leaned forwards. Your design is pretty much the same and I may modify it like yours. Great video man.
Great video. Getting good ideas for my Tacoma
Thank bro video very helpful
Did you by chance angel the very front so it's not so blunt?
Wouldn't you want to seal that area in the middle, where the plastic lip curves up, so that you don't have high pressure and low pressure air mixing? Sort of creating an air dam
How do you get the front on stands with splitter installed?
No traction bar?
Nice splitter… but love the car
What had happened was "racecar."
What radiator is that?
It’s from a company called C&R I had some mods done to it to have it look and mount the way it does
are those real te37?
Yes sir. The color is called racing green. I’m not 100% sure but I’ve heard they’re discontinued
Those two self tappers won’t hold if this makes any functional downforce bro
You are absolutely right! They ripped right out haha. Ended up have to use some bolds and t-nuts at the bottom of the splitter.
@@C_Plus_Racing damn bro that’s unfortunate! 😫😫 build it break it fix it repeat ❤️❤️
