Best Mullet Crop Top Haircut Tutorial 🔥 High Taper Detailed Scissor Work Breakdown

  • This is definitely one of my favorite haircuts I've ever done! Tons of advanced shear work and sectioning, texture, styling, and a nice high taper!
    With the resurgence in popularity of the mullet, I am bringing you my take on the modern mullet with this detailed tutorial for the best must mullet crop top.
    Mullets have been around for decades with the modern versions being a lot less cringe-worthy than the much joked-about predecessors.
    ➡️ The modern mullet has the same requirements as the original in that the sides must be shorter than the top and bottom and the hair must reach the neckline. However, the knowledge we have now about texturing, fading, and styling, takes this cut to the next level and makes it wildly popular today.
    This tutorial will show the detailed fade methods and shear scissor work as well as tips to make each cut unique and stylish.

    Man looks like a completely different person. I love it. Tried getting a similar haircut myself just recently but I think the back was cut shorter than I would have liked and too much was taken off the sides as well. That or it just looks better on this guy. Either way, mullets are pretty popular lately and I'm a new barber with my first job so I think I may end up watching this video a lot to learn.

    Great cut! I noticed your using a corded airbrush, how do they compare to the tomb45 airbrush?

      @Seancutshair  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It stays clean easier. I use my beam on the road, but if I don’t have to be mobile I use the old corded one.

    Why do you use the tip/end of the comb when you part the sides 0:53 but a different technique when you part the center 2:57?

    • @Seancutshair
      @Seancutshair  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Just need to creat the lines on top and then find where to part.

    Great tutorial, cut turned out 🔥 Would you call this type of fade for the mullet more of a burst fade or Mohawk?
