We bought a second atv, 2002 arctic cat 400 fis

We talked about getting a second machine for awhile, this one popped up and the ad said it was for sale for parts as it dosent start wen its cold, compression is good, carb is clean, im pretty sure its the valves that might of been set too tight, as seen on the video, runs nice wen warmed up
Im just surprised i got it as a parts machine price!
