I'm still undecided to be honest. It's a hard choice to make and I'm still weighing my options and trying to figure out exactly what I should aim for for my next bike. I think that the Transalp with the proper protections (crash bars, hand guards, bash plate), and a fully adjustable front and rear suspension is definitely capable of doing the TET. I'm not saying that it would not be possible with stock suspensions, but it may prove more difficult than necessary. Good thing is that after we buy a bike, we can evaluate more finely what the performances are for our specific use, and then decide whether the suspensions really need an upgrade or not.
I think it is for dealing with the riding modes and personalising them. I did not have much time with the bike so I couldn't go in details about all the electronics.

Right now I'm leaning more towards the T7 WR due to the much better off-road capability. Also more comfortable right out of the factory !
