That's rather ridiculous because the exchange rate isn't that much. Normally things are a little bit more expensive to make up for that exchange rate, but for some reason Physicians Formula is just about double. I don't understand why?
The Revlon Skin Lights bronzers and highlighters are definitely worth their price tag (I don’t remember how much they are). I wish Revlon would come out with blushes in that formula!
In February, Amazon had the Dream Team palette for $7.50. Snagged it up as a backup! I use the white portion of the face powder to highlight my undereye (thank you for the great tip!).

Oh my gosh, so much to cover here! OK, here goes: 1. Major congrats to Bubba on his advisory position in DC!! US Supreme Court?! Wow! What an accomplishment! 2. Your look is STUNNING!!! The eyes, the cheeks, the GLOW! Just lovely. 3. Here's a brand that edges on low-end lux and we almost never hear about: Winky Lux. I have deep tear troughs leading to bags (lovely image, right?! 😱) and their concealer makes them all go away. It's a miracle. But I really know nothing about the brand. Would love your thoughts on them.
The lip vinyls are transfer proof if you apply them correctly! You have to shake it up well enough and apply a thin coat. It dries down (and is still shiny) and doesn’t transfer at all, it’s my favorite date night lipstick. Another great video! That lip color is perfect on you.
Recently repurchased the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Foundation after years of not having it. The $15 price tag was unfortunate, but man did it look as beautiful as the $40 foundations I own. 🎉
I like neutrogena products, have been loving the neutrogena sun fresh tinted moisturizer with spf 50 and niacinamide, i would say its a medium coverage and i really like that i cant feel it on my skin.

It was an incredible experience. We watched oral argument in a number of cases and it was incredibly intense for the attorneys involved. DC is lovely this time of year. I just purchased the Catrice concealer which is also a very thin formula, and I love it. Gives great coverage, but doesn't emphasize any lines under my 63 year old eyes. I had to say goodbye to the Shape Tape concealers a long time ago! Love your content

Hey Emily! There are just a handful of high-end products that I can't live without, but I use them infrequently. I love that NYX Epic Smoke Liner in Nude Haze - thanks for the turn-on! And another Over $10. drugstore item would have to be my Bliss brand Block Star mineral SPF 30 tinted sunscreen. I know not many would consider it to be a makeup item, but it has just enough pigment to serve as a foundation/base for me. So hey, thanks for the video! And you know you lose points every time you exclude that charming little kitty of yours from filming!
I already had that physician formula pallette and really wanted the elephant hourglass pallette and splurged... honestly I kinda regret it because I rarely go for the hourglass and have hit pan on the physician formula! Ahh you live and you learn lol
My perfect foundation search ended when I found the L’Oréal serum foundation. I’m in love with it. I bought the pump too. If it only came with a pump, that’s my only complaint about that foundation.
My favorite bronzer is still the physician formula Bronze Booster in the matte sculpting shades . It's been my favorite for many years now, and the stuff's like 18 bucks at CVS.

The NYX HD pressed finishing powder comes to mind. Hard candy foundation, wet n wild concealer, the Nyx powder under the eyes and tzone, all applied with a sponge. Looks fanastic. Great as a blotting powder too.
I wish I loved that physician’s formula pallet. It’s so dry to me and patchy. Especially the darker matte bronzer. The normal butter bronzer is the best part for me. I don’t care for either blush for how the blend or the pigmentation. But the golden highlight is very golden and pretty on the body when I have a little tan. Just looks like glitter on my face to me though.
The NYX serum concealer is my absolute favourite concealer and I've gone through several little bottles already (I have shades 2, 3 and 4 that I mix throughout the year). You are totally right, something like the ELF Camo concealer does not work for me, but this does! I love how the shade 2 is a little neutral. I also use it as a foundation and mix it in with my favourite BB cream (the Purito Cica) and it all works wonderfully 😊 And I also like how you can see how much progress you're making on it and can finish it fully!

I love watching yourself, Jessica B & Jasmine. Ill always buy what ye recommend when it comes to eyes, lips etc but unfortunately Ive learned not foundations or concealers 😔 I have dry flakey skin & it doesn’t matter if a product says its hydrating they all cling to dry flakey patches. The elf “hydrating” camo: clings, & the nyx concealer especially. I was so excited to get it, it’s so popular but it looks sooo terrible on my undereyes even if I use the smallest amount. It shows dryness & flakes I didn’t even know i had. Hourglass vanish concealer is the best I’ve found for dry undereyes.
You might want to try exfoliating your undereyes if you don't already. My favourite exfoliant product is The Ordinary 5% Lactic Acid. (They also make a 10%, but I prefer the 5% for use under the eyes. I like to apply it (clean dry skin) to my face and neck and also under the eyes (cover the whole area!) once every couple of weeks. You can use it more often, but not as often under the eyes because the skin is thinner and more delicate. (Don't apply to eyelids) And don't worry! It won't irritate your eyes. You can apply it before bed or during the day if you're not going to be leaving the house. (You don't want to go outside with the exfoliant treatment on your face unless you're wearing sunscreen!) I don't apply moisturizer over top but if you need to, you can. Leave it on for 6-8 hours, rinse and wash with a gentle cleanser, and then apply a fragrance free moisturizer. You'll be amazed at what a difference it makes! It helps smooth the skin under the eyes and gets rid of the flakes. The Lactic Acid is very gentle, even for very sensitive skin (like mine!). I've never experienced any irritation using this product. I hope this helps your undereyes look better. It's really made a difference for me!! P.S. I really like the CLINIQUE All About Eyes (RICH) eye cream. It's very moisturizing if you have dry skin around the eyes. They have two types - Rich and Regular. Just make sure the get the "Rich" version for the extra moisturization, and not the regular one which is not as moisturizing. I don't like it nearly as much as the RICH one!

I would say that one of mine is the Winky Lux concealer which I find at Target. I like it better than some high end. I have dry under eyes and one of my favorites is the NYX one you mentioned, but the Winky Lux edges it out just a bit. They are the only two concealers I've used for a while now and I used to have so many between high end and drug store because I couldn't land on something that I liked that didn't make my under eyes look like a desert.

What from the makeup archives do you wish they bring back? The Wet n Wild loose pigments, the NYX pigments and the NYX Mochi eyeshadow formulas were soooooo good. Also I felt like I was going nuts but do you remember that Peter Thomas Roth under eye serum that temporarily fixed undereye bags...someone came out with that formula 15 years ago and PTR got ahold of that formula and rereleased it. Next it's going to be the scented nail polish again. I feel like someone needs to collab with you with a set of your favorite brushes. I feel like I am always using the wrong brushes for what I do.

They have, but its still hit and miss. Im often dissapointed if I purchase blindly. Im way happier if i stick to year end reccomendations or roundups.

Yeah the ELF Hydrating Camo was a little too drying and thick for me, but the NYX works really well on me. Hope it does for you as well!

I wish I loved that physician’s formula pallet. It’s so dry to me and patchy. Especially the darker matte bronzer. The normal butter bronzer is the best part for me. I don’t care for either blush for how the blend or the pigmentation. But the golden highlight is very golden and pretty on the body when I have a little tan. Just looks like glitter on my face to me though.
The NYX serum concealer is my absolute favourite concealer and I've gone through several little bottles already (I have shades 2, 3 and 4 that I mix throughout the year). You are totally right, something like the ELF Camo concealer does not work for me, but this does! I love how the shade 2 is a little neutral. I also use it as a foundation and mix it in with my favourite BB cream (the Purito Cica) and it all works wonderfully 😊 And I also like how you can see how much progress you're making on it and can finish it fully!

I love watching yourself, Jessica B & Jasmine. Ill always buy what ye recommend when it comes to eyes, lips etc but unfortunately Ive learned not foundations or concealers 😔 I have dry flakey skin & it doesn’t matter if a product says its hydrating they all cling to dry flakey patches. The elf “hydrating” camo: clings, & the nyx concealer especially. I was so excited to get it, it’s so popular but it looks sooo terrible on my undereyes even if I use the smallest amount. It shows dryness & flakes I didn’t even know i had. Hourglass vanish concealer is the best I’ve found for dry undereyes.
You might want to try exfoliating your undereyes if you don't already. My favourite exfoliant product is The Ordinary 5% Lactic Acid. (They also make a 10%, but I prefer the 5% for use under the eyes. I like to apply it (clean dry skin) to my face and neck and also under the eyes (cover the whole area!) once every couple of weeks. You can use it more often, but not as often under the eyes because the skin is thinner and more delicate. (Don't apply to eyelids) And don't worry! It won't irritate your eyes. You can apply it before bed or during the day if you're not going to be leaving the house. (You don't want to go outside with the exfoliant treatment on your face unless you're wearing sunscreen!) I don't apply moisturizer over top but if you need to, you can. Leave it on for 6-8 hours, rinse and wash with a gentle cleanser, and then apply a fragrance free moisturizer. You'll be amazed at what a difference it makes! It helps smooth the skin under the eyes and gets rid of the flakes. The Lactic Acid is very gentle, even for very sensitive skin (like mine!). I've never experienced any irritation using this product. I hope this helps your undereyes look better. It's really made a difference for me!! P.S. I really like the CLINIQUE All About Eyes (RICH) eye cream. It's very moisturizing if you have dry skin around the eyes. They have two types - Rich and Regular. Just make sure the get the "Rich" version for the extra moisturization, and not the regular one which is not as moisturizing. I don't like it nearly as much as the RICH one!

I would say that one of mine is the Winky Lux concealer which I find at Target. I like it better than some high end. I have dry under eyes and one of my favorites is the NYX one you mentioned, but the Winky Lux edges it out just a bit. They are the only two concealers I've used for a while now and I used to have so many between high end and drug store because I couldn't land on something that I liked that didn't make my under eyes look like a desert.

What from the makeup archives do you wish they bring back? The Wet n Wild loose pigments, the NYX pigments and the NYX Mochi eyeshadow formulas were soooooo good. Also I felt like I was going nuts but do you remember that Peter Thomas Roth under eye serum that temporarily fixed undereye bags...someone came out with that formula 15 years ago and PTR got ahold of that formula and rereleased it. Next it's going to be the scented nail polish again. I feel like someone needs to collab with you with a set of your favorite brushes. I feel like I am always using the wrong brushes for what I do.
