They didn't rake off the bottom of the wall so the ground line was uneven.
I’m so divided! I love the house, the whites, the styling, everything! but it feels so excessive! They legit have like 4 living rooms. I’ve been in many mansions with my past job and I can’t tell you how many times I’d walk into multiple rooms and my clients would say “oh we never use this room.” I truly just do not see the purpose of having that much space. Yes space is nice but this is like space multiplied by 5. I feel like all the extra negative space would feel cold and empty.
Still love this house though. If it were given to me I’d take it. Haha
I totally agree .. negative space turn out to be cold .. I love spaces that are actually used .. if it was mine I would eliminate the living rooms and stick to one formal lounge and the other lounge that is connected to the spectacular outdoors .. and oh! isn't that just perfect ..

They said they were making the home so that the boys can stay there even in their 20s. Not sure about you but a house inhabiting that many grown men may need to be that big.

In my parents Current home that I live in (I'm 14) we have multiple living rooms, and we use all of them. One of them is the playroom, similar to the 'Boys club room', it has a couch/lounge and tv. Another one is the formal living, which we use when extended family come over, holidays, and movies. We also have a living space in the same room as our kitchen. Our kitchen/living/dining is the most used room in the house, and it is our everyday casual space. We also have a room which is a multi purpose room, it is our spare room, a second office space, storage room and a lounge. We have a pull out couch in it, so we can fit everything. I think that with lots of people, you need lots of space!

Gorgeous House but im worried how long the Roof will stay White and clean?? You know Water stains tend to darken the edges and turn it into Green right??? Anyway the Lay out is Insane, it really works will and its HUGE, the Spaces are great. That would be a my Dream House but with a little bit of Color Addition. I know what it is!! It's the white roof that throws me off. The house is very pretty. Too large for my taste but it is not my house. But that white roof, it looks like some kind of health care facility or something. Idk. I feel like with everything else being white at least get some good texture and color in the roof. The facade lacks character.

Would have liked this last video to be an actual walk through of the property starting from property gates and actually walking through each door in all the houses on Bonnie's property. Cause it's so huge and confusing to try and fit where and how each room/area connect to each other.

I would have preferred the red brick compound over the white. would have given those pots a splash of aqua colours to get the coastal look and kept a wooden deck in its natural colour (walnut/oak colour)
