  • This whispered ASMR Sleep Hypnosis will send you straight to sleep. Hypnosis has been shown to be an effective treatment for insomnia and other sleep problems. This sleep hypnosis is the equivalent of self hypnosis so your role is as important as mine, therefore please ensure your environment is comfortable and private and that you are open and motivated to experience a deep hypnotic trance. As this is an ASMR sleep hypnosis it includes multiple trigger for sleep and tingles.

    I’m reading the type and it tells me Sleep is a natural process. I roll my eyes and think yeah, for you maybe. I can’t fall asleep! I don’t think I got far past the strike of the match. (I’m rewatching this the next morning to try to see where I knocked out) THANK YOU!!!

      That's an unusual response to a relaxation hypnosis, have you tried the music hypnosis, these might help reduce any stress hormones that could be contributing to this:
