LOL Dude you are out of the norm in a good way. I just realized you remind me of one of my relatives, once they are done with you visiting them he wants you out and kicks you out of their apartment. 😳 Btw you are killing it as well thank you for your entertaining and enlightening videos.
I just got my first 3D printer! As much as I would have loved to get a resin one, unfortunately I live in a basement apartment that doesn't have windows that open for proper ventilation plus the cleanup and curing stations is a little more than I want to be involved with. You do have to love how little finishing is required on resin prints though. They be smoooooth!
Currently printing (and working with Pablo from ZEZ on 1/6 files, well he is doing it as I suck at supporting, I am kinda his test mule lol) and I cant wait for it to be done. I was inspired by your Tobey Spiderman (just finished it last night, fabulou sculpt) and now I was inspired to buy and work on this model. Great as always, love it
Man another bang up job. As much as I like Batman I like when you paint characters with other colors then just grey and black. Not your fault since thats his colors. I follow along either way. Great job!!
Interesting and educational at the same time. I have printed my first few statues and am gearing up to try painting for the first time soon. Not sure if anyone has told you lately, but you are awesome!
Many ways to skin a chicken my dude. Sometimes I just make mistakes and then remember we what happens and use that mistake as a “technique” later. Seems to be working so far haha
I have been following you for not too long, and to tell the truth, you are GREAT!!!, I do work on my own in 3D printing -Not with resin- in PLA, and I also paint the pieces, (if I had a way to send you images could you suggest me to change) but I had not seen your work, really fantastic, I sincerely congratulate you. Richard. Greetings from Buenos Aires, Argentina
Discovery of 2024. What you do is super motivating :) I like your style and channel content. I keep my fingers crossed for development and more amazing videos :) Greetings from Poland!
Uh. Total recorded footage was just over 8 hrs. I don’t record every second of work though so realistically I painted it for two full days about 22-24hrs
Strong evidence of UVtools there :) I don't know what I'd do without it. I love the heater idea on that printer. I'm looking into getting a vat heater for my S3U. I have a feeling were going to see some cool new features in the next year. I think heaters and some pull force sensors for the build plate will be common in another year.
I noticed in one of your recent vids that you had prints from Lord of the Print, looked like Archduke Mousin riding one of the weasels, are you planning to paint those smaller scale models in a video? I usually paint 32mm scale and I'd love to see how yours look.
Are there any video game models and how often do you do them? I would love to see some from Mass Effect, Dead Space, Red Dead, The Last of Us, Metal Gear Solid, etc…
@Mister Groundeffected, Maybe you should think about getting a downdraft table, a plate with holes connected to a vacuum cleaner for all your sanding work, this resin dust is not that innocent for your lungs, even with a painter mask. You're still going to have a cloud of particles hanging in your shop after sanding. I don't have this either but after sanding I spray down the dust with water which is also a suboptimal solution :-)
Oh man I wish I can afford stuff like that. For now I have to just die of what ever it is that’s coming off the prints while I work until I can afford to do something other than open a door
@@Groundeffected , Sure, it's also going to take some space, just know that this is an easy DIY project, the vacuum cleaner will need a good filter for this to work however.
Awesome work as always. I wish I could paint as well as you do. Something to strive for definitely. :D Would love for you to paint my Lord of the Rings Balrog from Wicked. It's 100% scale so it's a huge model. Feel like taking a trip to the states. Heh. Keep up the awesome work my man.
@@Groundeffected That one is probably going to be the last one I paint. I still have a lot of gap filling to do. I have a couple shorts on some of the models I have made. Need to make a couple with the Darth Vader I finished and the Alien Warrior. I have noticed my skill level go up as each model I paint I learn more. I end up watching more people paint then actually painting. It’s addictive.
Have you tried molotow All4One black as a primer? I've been using it for a few years now. It works as a good brush on and airbrush primer and sticks to a lot of things. Doesn't clog my airbrush like Vallejo primer does.
Learning so much from watching your channel. I may be as good as you in about the next 20 years.
Two points you made I agree with whole heartedly, ground is brown, and Batman doesn't need pinkle!
Hahaha glad we agree

That's my friends sculpture and design. I cant believe he's come so far
Ah awesome!! You have a skilled friend my dude!!
Great job and awesome skills. Way to go.
Thank you 🙏
Espetacular meu amigo . É perfeita a sua pintura . Tá mais incrível que as peças da XM e Sideshow .
His GATT - Wee-Pon!
Comedy and learning, keep up the great work sir!
Genius, loving your video guids and how to.
I may get to 50% of that look in 18 days or so, let alone 18 minutes! Marvelous again. I seem to print more stuff than I go paint DOH!
Hahaha 🤣 it was more like 2 days 😉
He's so good at this
Awesome, going to start painting my resin prints, always been too scared to. You have so much talent, awesome
The master strikes again. Beautiful job
Thanks again!

is very awesome your skill for painting.....i would like to know the printing scale of that batman
It is 1/6th scale my dude
Loved your work here! Almost done printing this and then hoping to achieve similar results! Wish me luck :)
This is great. Nicely done.
Once again my dude a complete masterpiece.
Thank you so much dude
@@Groundeffected you're welcome sir.

Thanks dude. With this one I didn’t wanna go too bright and happy I image Batman more dark and gruesome anyway. Thanks for watching!
I was planning to buy an Anycubic resin printer, I am pretty sure you have convinced me to go with an Uniformation.

Thanks my dude.
Awsome video as usual man! Thanks for the blood splatter techinique with the airbrush. So real ! Have to try that. With the airbrush... Of course...

Got to say it love the ide of the blood splash, will take it aswell =D , im almost done with my looking forward for paint.
awesome job always.
Feels more natural to be a bit bloody for him.
wow that beyond sick
Thank you dude

@Groundeffected What is you total build and paint time for this model? Amazing work!
Uh. Total recorded footage was just over 8 hrs. I don’t record every second of work though so realistically I painted it for two full days about 22-24hrs
Insanely good!
Thank you.
Perfect. 🤌🏻 I would also put blood on the tip of Batman's cape, because it touches the ground.
Always can watch for sum inspo thx
Thank you for watching
I agree love the GKTwo!!!
what's the compressor you use for your airbrush?
Sublime, as always. Your work is truly exceptional!
Thank you so much 😊
Hi!! What support configuration do you use? could you share it? :D
Absolutely stunning. And in only 18 minutes😮😂
I know right. Crazy fast.
Wow that came out really nice!!!
Thank you 🙏
Dad, do you top coat the statues when your done painting them? If so what brand? Thanks!
Yes I do! If it’s a commission I use gloss clear just a cheap spray, anyone, then I use galleria matt varnish over the top once it’s dry
@Groundeffected thanks dad!
Man, this looks so boss. Amazing sculpt and paint job, son. Respect 👍
Thank you dude
awesome job as usual!!!
Amazing piece of art 🤩
I am a big fan of the graffiti effects, it just gives that little bit more to add to the subversiveness of the piece. Awesome as always.
Thank you very much!

Great job as always ! I love your work ! So inspiring...

Looks great love your channel
Thanks so much
The bank heist mask from The Dark Knight was a nice touch.
I agree. I love the subtle little Easter eggs they add to their models
Every time you did a Amazing Job 👍
Could you please tell me the Name of the Green from Citadel that you use?
Coelia greenshade
@@Groundeffected thx dude but i think thats not the right color,i mean that green that you paint on the letters HA HA etc

I wish you do some coop or vs paint with @Artis Opus, like he did with Zumikito !!!
I don’t know those dudes though. And also they both better than me for sure ✔️

There’s a possibility but it’s not a main video so if I can find time I will! And you are right is is the archduke on top of the weasel from lotp

In all, how much time does it take you to paint a model like this?
Did you manage to print the whole thing, size wize with your Uni GK2, I seem to have to do half the size on the Mars 2?
Whole thing on the gktwo dude.
Love it!!!!
Thank you dude
Awesome!
Nice !!
What magnets you using??
These were 5x3mm neodymium’s I think could’ve fitted bigger would be way more stable.
very cool
Love your video's
Thank you dude!
This Batman is the size 1/10 or 1/6 ?
1/6th my dude
What scale is this Batman?
1/6th

Nah I haven’t. I sell citadel in my shop so it’s an easy to thing to just go grab one when I need to prime stuff
