These false reports are getting out of hand. I was quickly reactivated by gigshield but I'm a responsible person and I barely talk to the passengers! There was a belligerent woman who got in my car a few days ago complaining that I was driving to her way too fast in an empty parking lot. Could have been her.

I had a "red light ticket" I did not know about, failed to pay that ticket because I didnt know about the ticket so my license was suspended, Im back on the road BUT the ticket of driving with a suspended license is on my record now! The same thing happened to me while was in college. 5 star drive. What I did was replied . Because I realized I got permanently banned from using the app as a driver It's been over 6 years and I still cannot drive for Uber because I made a second account.

just got deactivated yesterday and after contacting, they claim it's because they got "multiple feedback that someone else is using my account to deliver". So someone (customer or merchant) is lying. And how do leven go about proving this on my side? I have a dashcam but it's not always facing directly towards houses/apartments. I was deactivated for multiple complaints but always the same scenario. GPS sends me to the pin but rider cannot or will not cooperate to describe where they are. GPS is not always precise, streets are blocked off. Riders do not understand but complain and Uber does not communicate.

So I had an investigation done about 2 1/2 weeks ago, that got straightened out. Then when I tried to go back onto my account I was being told my account was locked. Then I tried to contact the support and was told numerous things that I needed a new inspection report, that my rider portion is not working so that’s why I’m not able to go onto the driver side, that I had duplicate accounts. I finally got someone who was more understanding and competent of what I was saying and she escalated it to the software engineering team because she said that both my driver and rider accounts were fine. So now after talking to her I got another email that said that my account is suspended due to a violation with the terms and conditions and I asked what were these supposed violations and nothing progressed, just long copy and paste emails. Does anyone know of something I can do?

So Uber did my annual background check and deactivated me. When I asked support about this, they stated “It looks like a recent arrest or criminal charge may disqualify you from the plattorm.” I have never been arrested or criminally charged. Uber is mistaking a traffic violation ticket I got in February of this year as an arrest. I talked to Checkr support and explained what Uber Support told me. They completed an investigation but it was only to validate the ticket being accurate. I didn't know what to do until I saw the feedbacks about gigwhiz. I was reactivated 2 hours ago.

It's super scary that they can just cut you off with no real explanation. It might be contract work, but human beings put their time and schedules into working for them. The deactivation situation will probably have to be challenged legally or something because one look at all of the TH-cam videos about how they just cut people for all kinds of nonsensical reasons and severely hurt them and these people have no recourse and no means of fighting back. At the very least it should be common knowledge about how they will cut you like that out of nowhere, after recommendation of the name above at first try he was able to fix my account

I had a "red light ticket" I did not know about, failed to pay that ticket because I didnt know about the ticket so my license was suspended, Im back on the road BUT the ticket of driving with a suspended license is on my record now! The same thing happened to me while was in college. 5 star drive. What I did was replied . Because I realized I got permanently banned from using the app as a driver It's been over 6 years and I still cannot drive for Uber because I made a second account.

Now I can't get on with Uber for driving passengers, only with Lyft. Uber says "Background check still processing" 3 months later. just got deactivated yesterday and after contacting, they claim it's because they got "multiple feedback that someone else is using my account to deliver". So someone (customer or merchant) is lying. And how do leven go about proving this on my side? I have a dashcam but it's not always facing directly towards houses/apartments. And have been sending appeal to support team I got nothing in return I met *Bravenotch* on the internet they have done me a great favour. Thanks so much for your input

So I had an investigation done about 2 1/2 weeks ago, that got straightened out. Then when I tried to go back onto my account I was being told my account was locked. Then I tried to contact the support and was told numerous things that I needed a new inspection report, that my rider portion is not working so that’s why I’m not able to go onto the driver side, that I had duplicate accounts. I finally got someone who was more understanding and competent of what I was saying and she escalated it to the software engineering team because she said that both my driver and rider accounts were fine. So now after talking to her I got another email that said that my account is suspended due to a violation with the terms and conditions and I asked what were these supposed violations and nothing progressed, just long copy and paste emails. Does anyone know of something I can do?

So Uber did my annual background check and deactivated me. When I asked support about this, they stated “It looks like a recent arrest or criminal charge may disqualify you from the plattorm.” I have never been arrested or criminally charged. Uber is mistaking a traffic violation ticket I got in February of this year as an arrest. I talked to Checkr support and explained what Uber Support told me. So I had an investigation done about 2 1/2 weeks ago, that got straightened out. Then when I tried to go back onto my account I was being told my account was locked. Then I tried to contact the support and was told numerous things that I needed a new inspection report, that my rider portion is not working so that's why I'm not able to go onto the driver side, that I had duplicate accounts. Sucks rn lost hope but finally i got someone who recommended me to Orwadecyber there team was more understanding and competent of what I was saying and they escalated it to there software engineering team and make sure that both my driver account and rider accounts were fine and working properly now.

It's super scary that they can just cut you off with no real explanation. It might be contract work, but human beings put their time and schedules into working for them. The deactivation situation will probably have to be challenged legally or something because one look at all of the TH-cam videos about how they just cut people for all kinds of nonsensical reasons and severely hurt them and these people have no recourse and no means of fighting back. At the very least it should be common knowledge about how they will cut you like that out of nowhere, after recommendation of the name above at first try he was able to fix my account
