@@darkshadow2443 it is not a paper stamp, it needs to laid out whole structure and planning which takes time. And i think it wont be given until Jammu & Kashmir comes to full stability. Otherwise, making Ladakh state will intensify demands to give JnK statehood which will bring destruction back to valley. They better wait until dynasties like Abdullahs and Muftis come to an end.

@@deveshsharma927 12 years ago we have seen this drama, previously kejriwal and many more in 90s. In every decade, such dramebaaz comes. Kejriwal used to fast for 15 days and sleep on the road in the name of saving Delhi and saving country. And as soon as he got famous, he made party and today his bungalow is renovated for 50 crores.
